Upon arrival, they discover a scene of bloody carnage—the entire gang slaughtered by an unknown force, their bodies savagely torn apart. Clues lead them to a large, ominous chest, the apparent source of the massacre. As they investigate the outpost's grim remains, the adventurers will uncover the dark secret of the Iron Sentinel, a doom guard enchanted to protect the chest’s contents, now imprisoned and waiting to unleash its deadly wrath on any who dare disturb its confused vigil.
This Fifth Edition adventure is designed for three to five 2nd-level characters.
