Twisted by failed magical or scientific experiments, their bodies now bear grotesque mutations: tusks jutting from mouths that once spoke, hooves where feet should be, fur and scales blending with scarred human skin. Rejected and feared by the world that created them, they form desperate bands, raiding nearby villages and caravans out of necessity or rage. The farmstead has become their sanctuary and prison, a place where their fractured existence hangs by a thread and where any who venture too close risk confronting both the monsters they’ve become and the humanity they have not entirely lost.

This Fifth Edition adventure is designed for three to five 3rd-level characters.

The numbering is because it’s being organized in a book. As far as the spreads go, that’s me saving the file wrong. I’ll fix it soon! 🫡

Hi Dave, the adventure PDF starts with page 5. Are we missing 1-4? Also, all the pages after 5 appear in a 2-page spread, whereas page 5 is a single, so the formatting is a bit weird.
