I know this is three weeks late and I don't even know if I'm right but iirc, Commander Blue was able to steal Goku's Dragon Radar during the Arale episodes. He drops it when he's threatened to be executed after getting back to the RRA base but it never showed the radar breaking so I think that's the one Violet is using.

How In the world did commander violet get a handheld dragon ball radar? I’ve only just noticed she has one
Austin Kilgore
No it’s always showed him taking them off lol you must’ve just missed it somehow

Launch willing to fight the army rather than joining them is such a good character development
Bakura Magic
The other nimbus cloud as well as Tao's climb to the top of the tower were anime only and thus non canon.
