Bakura Magic
If it helps, try to remind yourself that not every power has to do with devil fruits, there are different power systems and people with just weird abilities that just don't have devil fruits. Like the girl with the paints on little garden didn't have a devil fruit, as well as the Hypnotist Jango from back in syrup village. Pretty sure everyone with a devil fruit will actively tell you or someone else tell you that it is a devil fruit power with the name of the devil fruit shortly after the powers are shown. In most cases anyway.
