From time to time i get these wounds on my tongue from my tooth and it heals for a few days and after some time it happens again. It hurts like hell right now and i can barely talk. So... I think I should set up an appointment.

They might also suggest using a night guard if you bite your tongue while you sleep. Either way, dentist is a smart idea

Cuts on the tongue are so painful, especially while you are eating. I hope you see the dentist soon. Try gargling with warm salt water until then.
