thanks Jodie. I do have MMF but it happens I don't get the files there, I've been a member since the second month of existence so 'most of it' I have, but it happens it doesn't work. It happens quite a lot that the folders sent by email are empty - almost always the platinum section, and its annoying if you try to contact someone here no one answers. I have several unanswered messages so in the end it all adds up to a lot of problems unresolved. I can understand wanting to deal directly on discord if thats easier but since there is a method available here it would be customer friendly is sometimes things get resolved that are mentioned here in the PM section, even if its not 'immediate'.

Hey have you got my mini factory? After the month is done the link to the monthly miniatures expires. (this is to get ready for the upcoming month). When it expires they normally send you an email with a link to redeem your miniatures on the site "my mini factory" . It helps if you use the same email as your patreon... Discord does help but not everyone has the app so I understand the problem. I would send them a message privately if possible of your username and or email for your my mini factory account so they can sort out all the miniatures you can't access at the minute... Hopefully c27 can see this and help you out a bit more.. I've struggled in the past with getting access but it got solved in the end. I hope it gets sorted for you :)

Well maybe it's not what you asked for but many other people don't have a problem with it. Your attitude to the whole situation doesn't sit right with me. I think you need to remember that many things go into a final product. Inspiration pictures are the first step. Just from a quick Google a lot of pictures are of the suit that c27 ended up using. More pictures of one suit will probably help when creating this miniature. Firstly you should be greatful that they used a suggestion of yours.. Seems many more people wanted the same character which resulted in lots of votes. I'm not sure what you want c27 to do about you being unhappy. If you still want a mocking bird in the style you want.. Maybe find a designer that will only listen to your notes. People on a site called "fiiver" might be able to help you there. You can always suggest it again next month but it's not always as easy to get votes on a recently made character. I wasn't going to mention anything... but you went out your way to show how unhappy you were with the sculpt.. And it wasn't needed as you already stated it in another comment. I think c27 should be praised for their hardwork. Furthermore, recently they were very ill and still managed to design and provide the people with many stl files last month.. Maybe take some time to remember that they are people too

I'm sorry but that us not the Mockingbird I suggested as she is in he wrong costume and she should have two small fighting staves instead she appears to have been given some a strange mechanical wing thing on her back that I can find no images of and it should be noted she does not have flight as one of her powers also she should have yellow goggles not a mask that covers most of her face
