🕑 Added 2021-01-16 02:59:35 +0000 UTC- There's a new face option. Currently there are 21 choices including: freckles, bandages, facial hair, cheek blush, and some make-up options. The preset student Jenny now has freckles.
- When a confident character strongly disagrees while standing still, there's a random chance they'll facepalm.
- There's a male professor. He teaches Film Studies (Social Studies was changed to Film Studies). PhotonDash helped with the design. He doesn't scold students or increase students' Trouble.
- Narration relating to guests actually use pronouns based on the guest now. (It used to just use "they, them, their")
- School staff now have dialogue for scolding students and for chasing them. The dialogue is different if the student has been more of a troublemaker. The Art Professor and the Nurse's family name can now be seen in-game for the first time. The English Professor's dialogue is in 「」 to indicate she's canonically not speaking in Japanese. School staff dialogue doesn't display with the old dialogue display option.
- Now there's a "Chuunibyou (Evil Eye)" trait. There's a lot of dialogue differences. There are 2 new animations that only characters with this trait can do.
- Shop items are sometimes on sale (25% off). It's not random when.
- Now after Day 350 or if the player character commits suicide, there's an ending sequence. It shows an ending write-up for each student. There aren't many possibilities yet and relationships aren't acknowledged yet. Many more will be added in later updates. There's a new song by Starbit Light (formerly NexTone) that plays during the ending sequence if the player character didn't commit suicide.
- The goats now have name tags attached to their collars and their collars have set colours.
- Kissed dialogue now finally distinguishes between Love and Lust. Characters also now need Love OR Lust to kiss. It used to always require Love.
- You can now pause the game during fast-forwarding.
- Many mouth textures were moved down since some were too close to the nose. (some more than others)
- Now the following symbols display correctly in subtitles and over characters' heads: 茅奈伊綾龍岡ñÑ
- The Notice Board was redone. The notices can change per week (most weeks don't have any yet though). The cherry blossom notice was made by Syberian Inc.
- Added 5 more passive items. 2 of them can be found at the occult shop. The Haniwa icon was made by Syberian Inc.
- Now the narration for when a guest leaves is now somewhat based on the relationship you have with them rather than being random.
- Some really mean phrases now require lower kindness or the foulmouthed accent.
- Characters with the third-person accent now use an honourific when referring to themselves.
- Fixed some gaps in the ground.
- Many grammar improvements when it comes to character-related pronouns. Also fixed how pronouns weren't being capitalized at the start of sentences.
- There's volume slider in the options screen. It only takes effect after leaving the options screen.
- Changed social studies narration to film studies.
- Added more silly name-calling words for characters who like humour.
- Slobs have different dialogue for being trashbinned and they aren't affected in the same way.
- Sometimes when a character pulls out their phone it makes a phone vibrate sound.
- Home at night isn't as dark.
- School Staff don't go back to their happy expression right after scolding.
- Added 1 new thighhigh decal option.
- Really shy dialogue can now be even smaller. (similar to the old dialogue display)
- The third person accent has been improved a lot.
- Added "turbo" to the Very Lingo.
- Purchasing an unlockable from the shop actually removes the purchase button instead of staying there.
- Now taking a shower removes the low hygiene fly particles right away. (Before it used to sometimes take several seconds before they went away.)
- The heartbeat effect can't happen at home now.
- Characters can now sit for class from states they couldn't before (on phone, love giddy, stressed, etc.)
- The school from "Shiro's Highschool Crisis Impact!" now makes a minor appearance.
- Added an Antidepressant item. It reduces Depression but reduces Energy and Perversion as well.
- Different shower narration for when your character has really low Hygiene and isn't a Slob.
- Fixed a mistake where showers weren't being more rewarding when your character has low-ish Hygiene.
- Now some of the work at home actions have a new camera angle and show your character typing at the computer.
- Redid some things with how the music is chosen.
- Students can now be scolded during other states.
- The cherry blossom trees now only have flowers during the first week and on the last two days.
- Fixed a glitch where really shy characters couldn't talk positively about silly quips.
- Fixed a mistake where certain player character sexualities caused the "girls" narration tag to not get replaced.
- Many dialogue typos and grammar mistakes were fixed.
- Fixed a typo that was causing characters to use the wrong reactions in some situations involving money requests.
- Characters now don't use morning-related dialogue on the first day since it sometimes doesn't make sense.
- Fixed a glitch where "##" would sometimes appear in dialogue.
- Now the school staff desks are larger.
- Fireflies now only appear during the summer.
- 60+ lines of narration were added, removed, improved, or replaced. (includes the pronoun changes)
- The way Love increases was rebalanced.
- Added 2 Tips.
- Corrected an outdated tip.
- There's a few more text combinations you can't have in your character's name. This is to prevent some dialogue issues.
- Shortened an achievement description.
- The parking lot has the road texture now.
- Adjusted the Angsty hair model a bit.
- Adjusted an intimate time camera angle.
- Possibly fixed a glitch where you could "wake up" fainted characters.
- Fixed how characters couldn't go home while doing certain animations.
- Various changes were made to pre-existing Easter eggs.
- Minor shop price changes.
- Minor lighting changes.
- Other minor changes you shouldn't worry about.
