Lore drop,The Spirit of War: Leviathan
🕑 Added 2023-10-31 08:09:10 +0000 UTCWell, the time has come and I may as well get this out of the way. >.<
Post 1 is Levi transforming into a Dragon. As that's what I do. xP And summoning forth a new of my kind, not Avalon as she is already around and kicking. The roleplayer for that new one has gone a temporary leave of absence, so that plot thread is on hold.
Post 2 is talking with a fellow spirit about her existence and how she came to be.
Post 3 is Levi standing guard at the top of a stadium as the Red-Tetran sisters duel. A failsafe should they go overboard and threaten the lives of the crowd of from any that would interfere in the duel. A succubus shows up and entreats Levi and her friend Kagerou, a wolf spirit.
Some notes; You'll notice there is a very familiar AI picture in here. ;-; My profile pic on twitter! We were experimenting with NovelAI at the time and using it for some of our posts for visual aid. That's what actually led down the path of me experimenting with SD, making my own model, and then photoshop, gimp and all the other tools I use now to make pictures. They're rough, a little cringey. but they are what they are. xP
Levi refers to her partner as "master" in these posts. We have actually recently changed that dynamic. As her partner is male, a lot of people both inside the roleplay and outside of it would assume there was a romantic link. There is not, they are partners, best friends even, but not lovers. So he is now referred to as "Champion" to avoid the connotation or just by his name. Both in, and out, of the RP.
There is some colorful language Levi uses. It isn't who I am, but is the character. xP She's stubborn, loud, impulsive and A N G E R Y all the time.
Finally,Levi addresses the reader. Levi serves as a narrator of sorts, and her power to move fast as granted by lightning is a gimmick to this end. She does not exercise this logic breaking power in battle, as it wouldn't be fair in our RP. It's simply a fun 3d plot device we use for Levi to explain current events to new people who join from time to time to catch them up to what's happening.
Levi is short for Leviathan because, at the time, she was to be the only of her kind. Our roleplay expanded and we wanted to explore her origins more. In hindsight, her name being short for the name of their species is kinda lame, but I didn't know what I didn't know, and Levi it stayed.
And that's it! I'll be around as always. : D

Finally got time to read this. And it didn't disappoint. It's really cool and gives a very good idea of the power the Leviathans hold.

Thank you very much for the explanation Levi, especially the part where you explain the differences between you and the character... you had me fooled all this time! XD
