I only bring this up cause we got 6 prototypes, and they were all fine
but my mother (who is one of you!!!) got hers, and it was totally destroyed in the box.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOURS!!!!
I will complain up a storm and harass them into sending you another.

Mug received today in New Zealand. No problems to report. It's a damn classy mug.
Just got mine today, and I was holding my breath but unfortunately there's a large crack down the centre.

I received mine. Body of the mug is intact but the handle is smashed. Wasn't any packing material in the box, so not too surprised
The box was a little roughed up, but the mug was fine 👍
I live in nz so ill contact you in a few months haha
