Disco Elysium is one of the best story/choice games ever made. Everyone should give it a shot if they have any interest in games as a story telling medium.

Honestly part of me wants to go with Outer Wilds and/or Disco Elysium just to get them out of the way and people would stop filling the suggestions with them but I also really get the impression the people suggesting those games are fishing for a full playthrough rather then a one-off Fan Friday and are just going to keep on asking Jesse to continue if he does do an episode on ether.

Streams/Lets Play's are about the personality, not the game. Heck, Dodger successfully streams herself playing Minesweeper. I've seen plenty of good Disco Elysium streams and the witty writing would be excellent for Jesse's style.

Totally agreed. Even if it's finished on Twitch, it's such a Jesse game that it'd be a shame to quit after one FF.
If it's Outer Wilds, it has to be a full playthrough. That game is too good to touch once and then leave forever.
