WIP Princesses All the Way Down
🕑 Added 2021-09-03 23:19:17 +0000 UTCIn kind of the same way that last month's illustration prompt became Oops all Goths, this month took shape as Oops all Princesses. The top doodle is working on figuring out Gilly's design from Pride of Ophean (after the sash and before the sash, respectively). Some of you may already know that I plan on making her a character in the follow up of the Village Secret comic pages. Also continuing the jogging boobs picture idea.
I don't have thumbnail layouts I am happy with at the moment, but I am also trying to plot out two pages of Too many Cooks for this month: biggest issue is that I am playing a lot looser with that comic than my others. An experiment that is teaching me that my scripting and prep time I waste on even the simplest ideas actually winds up making for faster process in the long run. You can kinda argue that Barria is Kat's princess so the theme still works I swear.
Anyways. Gillean Ophean appreciation month I guess? Considering she is honestly the best short story I have written to date its about time I properly designed her look and drew her some.

Kff, that jogging pic... I assume the joke is they've been running for approximately 4 seconds and Barria's already dying :B

Now if Disney princesses looked like this I'd overlook how crappy that company has become <3
