this was the first audio of yours that I stumbled across. YT recommended it to me and I clicked out of curiosity, having never watched or listened to any sort of character ASMR videos, and I remember being SO caught off guard and blown away by how good he sounded. I listened to it a few times in a row and then texted all my friends and sent it to them. 🤣 Too bad none of them care about Snape, or else you would have gained 4 more Patreon members that day besides me. It popped up on my sidebar YouTube recs again today and I was like, aw. I hadn't listened to it since then. Still wonderful. 🩵

Funny enough, it never crossed my mind for him to use magic to open the door. He was annoyed and expecting a student or some other headache to be there, and opening the door himself asserts a dominance over his domain, and a barrier to unwanted company. In many of my fantasies throughout the years, he answers the door with his shirt unbuttoned. 😍 And its the sexist image my mind can create. Damn, why haven't I done an opening with it yet? Like no plot just pure smut. He opens the door half dressed, you are hot for him. He doesn't even have to ask why you are there. He just takes you in and gives you what you came for.

Women are forced into masculine roles in this society. We have to be strong for ourselves now, thanks to the decline of marriage and healthy relationships. But we are creatures of emotion and that needs to be expressed. Everything about life right now goes against our nature. We are in constant survival mode. Having a man come in and allow you to be who you are because he has the strength to protect you and provide for you is what makes this audio so comforting.

There was almost a marriage proposal after he said "I want you by my side for the rest of my life". I was like alright Severus, slow the roll. I had to pull on the reigns. He just asked you to move in, at least wait a few days and have a ring ready to back that up. I want to do a marriage proposal but at the right time. This took a lot of vulnerability on his part, and I tried to capture that with the trembling breaths he was taking in and releasing. It was subtle. I think men in general society are taught not to cry or express emotions, so when they grow up they don't know how to deal with them when they are expressed in front of them. Their first instinct is to tell you to suck it up or get over it because it is uncomfortable. A sign of weakness. They have hardened to it. But a man who truly loves you will suffer to see you unhappy and do everything he can to make you smile again. In this audio we get to experience a balanced masculine. And it's beautiful.

This is silly, but the line that got me the most was "have you been crying?". It reminded how every single one of my past partners when they would see me after I'd been cry or even while I was crying, they would just pretend like nothing was happening and not offer an ounce of comfort, not even a hug 😭 Personally, I didn't mind that Snape went off script and started confessing feelings because it's in times of distress, such as when I'm spiraling or having a panick attack, that I need to be hugged tight and hear words of reassurance the most. 🖤 Thank you 🫶
