Community Guidelines and Upcoming Changes
🕑 Added 2021-01-08 17:15:30 +0000 UTC(If you really need a tldr - no need to panic at all, you're still getting your BDSM animations, but I'll have to remove some art and implement a tone change to make it very clear nobody in my art is actually being sexually assaulted / not consenting to the events)
So it turns out some stuff on my page does not conform to Patreon terms of service. I'd much rather stay in compliance with this website that has enabled me to build my own community, which means I'm going to be combing through all my posts and pruning out content that violates their guidelines. Primarily, no images that 'glorify sexual violence' and nothing that can be seen as 'non-consensual sex'.
Since a lot of my stuff plays upon the realm of fantasy and consensual non-consent, it's admittedly a blurry line, but I'd rather over-correct than undercorrect as far as that goes, so you should expect a fair amount of pruning.
Moving Forward - there is an easy way to turn this into a positive thing!
First and foremost you are still going to get your monthly regimen of juicy animated bondage shorts. Nothing about that will change.
However, in order to avoid future mishaps, I am going to be making adjustments to the overall tone of the setting to create an environment that cannot be misconstrued as rape, sexually violent, or non-consensual. Future shorts will likely be more like the Escapades animatic we did, where the premise is made absolutely clear that participating parties are consensually participating.
I am going to take this as an opportunity to poll you guys for new ideas we can pursue! Stay tuned, more content is on the way!

Your regularly scheduled content is still on the way!

I will be moving a large part of my gallery off Patreon's platform yes, but I will similarly do it in a way for you to access it all easily! Honestly the site loads so slowly this is really for the best 🤣

Does this mean you have to delete any old art that doesn’t fit in? I also follow geknebelt on patreon, and the way they’ve done it is by emailing their patrons art that doesn’t fit in to patreon.

Does this mean we’re not getting the Asylum one we just voted on!

I know a fair number of artists who got the same warning, did as they were asked, and haven't been bothered since. If things change down the line I'll re-evaluate, but I'm confident in my path atm to keep this group intact while being well within Patreon's guidelines and still providing content everybody's thirsty for.

4 different patrons I followed eventually had to move after a while. It honestly seems nothing you do will satisfy them until they kick you off the platform.

People i was describing were sabu and sleepygimp

Honestly, you are in for a rough road of harassment from patreon. They have a lot of SJW admins. Two people I used to follow on here did the same thing you described. Lasted about a year before patreon dropped the axe on them. I suggest moving to adult subscribestar. Its like patreon.cbut adult friendly.

Definitely not dead in the water by any means! I've designed a bunch of characters for the setting and I still intend to use them lol. Just will need to tweak the aesthetic and perhaps explore some other stories in the meantime!

I considered doing something like that, but I don't want to risk playing footsie with the Terms of Service. Maybe I'm milquetoast but I don't want to test out what they mean by their 'zero tolerance policy' linking Patreon to the art in any way. This place is a pretty huge touchstone for my livelihood at this point and it's not something I'm wanting to risk. It's honestly easier / more fun to just tell a slightly different story.

So the asylum series is now a nogo?

Got to love it when patreon police think they are ФСБ... sorry to hear they are cracking down on you. A way I’ve seen it done in the past is you link the animation through a third party, IE Dropbox or one drive, so the ФСБ wannabe’s don’t have to claim responsibility.

Guaky has been getting around this by having his rewards be channels on Patreon. In these channels, there happen to be pinned drive links to juicy content, links that he changes every 2 weeks. It's a major pain for everyone involved, BUT it is a clever workaround that means he gets to make exactly what he wants to make and what his commissioners ask for.
