We’ve noticed how popular the $31 tier has been, so we’ve decided to increase the number of slots on the $31 tier to completely absorb the $25 tier.
We know everyone wants the full merch range and we want to send it! So we thought why not!
We’re going to close the $25 tier in a bid to end a lot of confusion and to also streamline our shipping process as we can just focus on the one tier.
We will be closing the tier as of Monday 10th so everyone who wishes to move over please do so when convenient!

We completely understand and can't thank you enough for your unwavering support with us! We will be offering a refund to everyone within the tier who does not wish to upgrade!
If you are upgrading to the $31 tier please see below:
Patreon is weird and if you change from the $25 to the $31 tier. It should in theory only charge you $6 to upgrade.
However we have had some instances where people have been double charged. If this is the case please let us know if it happens and we will resolve it.
To everyone who this has currently affected, we have taken note and will be issuing refunds shortly.

I was double charged. 1st was the beginning of the month and 2ndwhen I changed Tier. I do not care for a refund as I genuinely love your work I just wonder if it affects the item that is given thingy.
Unfortunately $31 is a bit too rich for my blood sorry could I get that refund?

the way patreon works is the highest tiers always get the lower tiers. your paying more to get more, not paying more to get less

Okay, upgraded my tier from the $25/actually $31 to the $31 tier so we should be set, thanks for posting in the discord cuz I barely check Patreon! I'm sure those spots will disappear quick!
