Before and After - I gained 200 lbs chugging gainer shakes (2019-2023)
🕑 Added 2023-05-31 02:50:12 +0000 UTCFeaturing footage of me in the low 200s, versus today in the low 400s. Part of my new gaining plan for summer is to increase my intake of Serious Mass. It helped me pack on a lot early on, so I'm getting back in the habit of chugging a blender full daily. Can't believe how round I'm looking in this video. It's all thanks to you guys and your support! xoxo MBD

Very hot comparison. How slow you chugged your drinks when you first started gaining, now you down them in seconds. Damn. π₯΅
