Camera nerd here! To get rid of those rolling lines in your picture, you need to make sure your shutter speed is a multiple of your frame rate. For video, I usually film at double the frame rate (just tends to look most natural around there). So if I'm filming at 30fps, I'll set my shutter speed to 1/60.
