Method to the madness, makes a lot of sense Unrelated, I was wondering if you would ever consider making a short "how it was made" / tutorial video thing in relation to Cream and your other videos animated in the same style? I have a great interest in e.g. After Effects and Motion Graphics animation, and would love to hear more about how you go about creating these videos

well the script was in bits in my notebook before it was printed out. I don't put it straight into script format. I like to see things in bits before they are finalized into a script. To call it the first draft feels like I just wrote it in one go but it came from many many notes.

Usually 1 page = 1 minute if the script is written in the regular format. It seems to be true almost every time for me. I wanted it to be a bit less though.

That makes sense. It's somehow paradoxical to see the structured approach behind all this madness, even if it makes perfect sense that it would work that way. Did you decide beforehand how long you wanted this thing to be more or less, or does that depend more on the process?

Hmmmm. It was to do with working out how long each part was going to take I think. If I put e or easy, it meant I could do it in a day or so. It's on the storyboard too. I was just trying to estimate when I'd be finished.

Thanks mate. Impressed at how few changes from first draft to finished work. Tidy creative process: 1) Have a clear and pretty much fully formed idea. 2) Two years hard work to bring it to fruition. Fuppin' awesome stuff!
