Ukimori with undamaged horns can vary greatly in their innate elemental abilities. Some are only capable of very minute magic while others can hold really strong magic they can barely control.
For example, a ukimori whose magic innately affects the world around them (like the plants that sometimes sprout around UV's hooves) during intense emotions, are considered to have very strong magical energy. However, this is also seen as having very poor control or training in the use of their magic.
