Teen Witch: Principal
🕑 Added 2024-03-30 18:33:59 +0000 UTCRegina Walker had only held the position of principal for a month, not giving her much time to learn many students’ names, but already she was well acquainted with one name: Esme Merriweather. Most often, it was spoken in hushed tones by staff and students alike. If there was trouble in the school, more often than not, Esme would be involved in some way. After the most recent incident, Ms. Walker had decided that the time had come to have words with Esme and her mother to rehabilitate the girl’s behavior. Esme needed to be straightened out, and Ms. Walker was aching to do it.
First, though, she would need a refill of her coffee.
When Ms. Walker left her office, coffee tumbler in hand, Ms. Lopez, the secretary nearest to her office, noticed her passing and gave her an eager smile and said, “Good morning. Happy hump day!”
Ms. Walker suppressed a sigh and replied, “Yes, happy Wednesday to you as well.”
The secretary chuckled and unwrapped a piece of chocolate on her desk. Ms. Walker watched and wondered why a woman as chubby as Ms. Lopez would be stuffing even more calories into her face. Just the thought of eating junk food was alien to Ms. Walker, who had already finished her daily workout this morning at the break of dawn.
Ms. Walker said, “I trust that you are ready for the Merriweather girl and her mother.”
Ms. Lopez swallowed her treat and said, “Of course. I already called Esme down from her class. No sign of her mother yet.”
“Thank you,” replied Mrs. Walker. “Send them into my office when the mother arrives. I’ll be back in a few minutes.”
A fresh pot of coffee had just been made, and there was no one ahead of her pouring it out. It would seem that the morning was going her way, not that there had been any real reason to doubt it would, despite the cryptic warnings from teachers and staff to be careful around the Merriweather girl. What could the child possibly do, anyway? Throw a tantrum? Threaten her? Ms. Walker had seen it all before at that point, and she knew just how to handle all of it: be resolute, maintain authority, and never flinch. She would discipline this child. The girl would learn her place. After adding a little cream and taking a quick sip of her coffee, Ms. Walker felt ready for the meeting.
As Ms. Walker approached her office, Ms. Lopez said, “Oh, Mrs. Merriweather arrived, her daughter too. They’re waiting for you in your office.”
“Thank you,” Ms. Walker replied, relieved that the secretary had been competent enough today. “Do not disturb us during the meeting.”
“Yes, ma’am,” Ms. Lopez said.
Entering her office, Ms. Walker was surprised to discover that only one of the seats in front of her desk was occupied. Esme Merriweather sat there alone with no mother anywhere to be seen.
“Hi, there,” the girl said with a little wave.
“Where is your mother?” Ms. Walker demanded as she went to sit down behind her desk, setting her coffee down in front of her.
“Not here. Thankfully,” she said, smiling.
“But, the secretary said…”
“Guess she messed up,” Esme replied, shrugging.
Ms. Walker was fuming mad now. She stormed back to the secretary’s desk. “Why did you tell me that her mother was here?” she asked.
“W-who’s mother?” the secretary replied, looking confused and a little terrified.
“The Merriweather girl!”
“Oh,” Ms. Lopez said. “Is she not in there?”
“No.” Ms. Walker had to fight to maintain what remained of her composure.
The secretary had a faraway look in her eyes, as if she were trying to remember the events of a dream. “I… I thought I saw her here. I remember talking to the girl. Her mother… Was she just behind the girl? To be honest, I’m not sure now.”
Ms. Walker sighed. What a useless excuse for a secretary! “I’m going to speak with the girl alone. Do not disturb me unless her mother arrives. Understand?”
Ms. Lopez nodded. “S-sorry, ma’am.”
Ms. Walker returned to her office and shut the door behind her. She paused when she saw the Merriweather girl standing, bending over her desk. “What do you think you’re doing?”
Esme spun around to face her and put on a fake smile. “I was just… getting a sniff of your coffee,” she said. “Is that a dark roast? It smells delicious.”
“Sit down,” Ms. Walker said and stared at the girl until she complied.
Then, Ms. Walker walked around her desk to her chair and picked up her coffee tumbler to examine it. There was no sign that the girl had tampered with it in any way, but she hesitated a moment before taking a sip from the tumbler. It tasted normal although she now thought that there was too much cream in it.
At last, she had a moment to get a good look at the girl and was surprised by her outfit. “What are you wearing?” Ms. Walker asked.
Esme looked down at the gray and black exercise clothes she had on and adjusted them as they were hanging loosely from her. The clothes were clearly designed to be skin tight. For some reason, the girl had put on a set that were several sizes too large for her.
“I want to do some body building,” Esme explained in what seemed to be only a half-lie to Ms. Walker’s trained ears. The girl pulled out a water bottle and took a swig from what looked like milk inside.
Ms. Walker was silent a long while, staring at the girl, hoping to make Esme uneasy. Surprisingly unflappable, the girl just stared back with a pleasant smirk on her face. Ms. Walker took another sip from her coffee and the girl mirrored her, drinking from her water bottle.
“Esmerelda,” Ms. Walker said, breaking the silence. “Do you know why you’re here?”
“I’ve been… rubbing people the wrong way,” Esme replied.
“‘Bullying’ is the appropriate term.”
“That’s an… exaggeration,” Esme explained. “I’ve just been standing up for myself.”
“Against whom?” Ms. Walker asked. “Do you mean that little freshman girl that you’ve traumatized?”
“Freshman girl…?” Esme said, confused. Then, her face lit up when she figured something out. “Oh, you mean little Chris? You see, he had a hard time taking ‘no’ for an answer, so I’m making him experience life from a girl’s perspective for the next week or so, a little empathy training. I didn’t realize he’d feel ‘traumatized’ by what we deal with everyday.” She chuckled.
Ms. Walker could not make any sense of what the girl had just said, but she refused to let on that she was confused. Instead, she decided to change the subject, “Well, what about the dozen other incidents we have on your permanent record?”
Esme shrugged. “Everyone has a bad day once in a while.”
Ms. Walker took another sip of her coffee and found herself feeling surprisingly invigorated by it. She noticed the girl have another drink as well. Something seemed off about it, as if the girl had been waiting for Ms. Walker to drink first.
Once more, the pair stared at each other in silence, only the girl appeared somewhat different now. The exercise clothes the girl wore seemed to fit her less loosely now. Strangely, she appeared somewhat bigger and taller now as well.
As a test, Ms. Walker took another drink from her tumbler and watched as the girl mirrored her, drinking from her water bottle. Something strange was definitely going on.
“You need to change,” Ms. Walker said, feeling strangely energetic now as if she were ready for another workout. “I can see now what it is about you that rubs people the wrong way. You seem to think you’re better than everyone else. You have no respect for rules or authority figures. This rebellious attitude needs to be adjusted, immediately. It needs to change.”
“I can change,” Esme said, smirking with inexplicable confidence. “I’m changing right now.”
Ms. Walker was about to reply until she noticed the girl really did appear to be physically changing. She was growing. Not only had she become larger, but she also appeared to be older, maybe even college-aged.
“W-what is going on?” Ms. Walker asked, feeling uneasy in a way she could not explain, just a general sense that something had gone wrong with her head. Her mind as well as body felt different, but it was hard to say what was changing. Something was draining away from her, but it did not feel like a loss. If anything, she only felt better as time went on, as if some toxic substance was being leached from her blood. Still, the experience deeply unsettled her.
“Now,” Esme said, leaning forward, letting the swollen weight of her breasts hang more freely beneath her now tightly fitting top. “We need to discuss what can be done about cleaning up my permanent record.”
“Are you crazy?” Ms. Walker said. “That’s what you want to talk about? Look at yourself. What is happening to you?”
Esme smiled, proudly. “I think you mean ‘What’s happening to us?’”
Ms. Walker looked down at herself and realized that her clothes were hanging increasingly loosely from her body, as if she were slowly shrinking out of them. She gasped and cried, “Oh God! I’m getting smaller.”
“Younger,” Esme corrected her. “How are you enjoying the coffee?” she asked with a smirk.
Ms. Walker looked at her tumbler and back at Esme. “You put something in my drink. Didn’t you?”
Esme nodded. “One of my sister’s recipes.” She took out her water bottle to show off the milky liquid inside. “We both drink the potion and it transfers some particular attribute from one person to another.”
Ms. Walker noted that Esme appeared to be well into her twenties now while her own body seemed to be slipping back into her upper teens. “You’re… taking my age from me?” she said, hearing her voice sounding fresher now.
Esme nodded, again. “Funny thing how adults want to be younger and kids want to be older. Seems like an easy trade to make, but not many people are willing to go through with it, at least not voluntarily.”
Ms. Walker felt on the edge of panic now. “W-what are you?” she asked. “Some kind of witch?”
“Wasn’t it obvious?” Esme asked. “I’m still surprised that there are people left that don’t know. Then again, you are new. Still, I figured that someone would have warned you before now. Unless, of course, they don’t like you enough to want to protect you.”
Regina Walker’s stomach dropped, or maybe it was just her head, dropping lower as her body fell backwards through a growth spurt. She let out a shriek that sounded disturbingly squeaky now. At last, the shrinking seemed to be over. She looked down at her hands and her body, which had seemingly deflated beneath her clothes. By her best estimate, she was just barely old enough now to be a student in this school. Although she feared what it would show her, she checked what she looked like now with her phone camera. The round-faced, wide-eyed girl reflected back at her was familiar, but it had been many years since Regina had that face except in photographs. The confirmation that she had just been reduced to a freshman girl made her tremble in fear.
“So,” Esme Merriweather, the witch, said, “Let’s talk.” She seemed to be enjoying the depth of her mature voice.
Regina looked up at Ms. Merriweather, aware now that their relative ages had been reversed. It was deeply intimidating, but she had never been a quitter. She summoned up her courage and said, “Listen. You need to turn me back to normal, now, or you will be in major trouble. I will get your mother involved. You may not respect me, but I bet that you will respect her.”
The witch sighed. “That may be true,” she admitted, “ but she’s not here right now. Besides, when I’m done with you, you won’t want to be talking to anyone about this. If anything, you’ll be praying that no one finds out.”
Panic took over and Regina began screaming, “Help! Help me! Get in here, someone!” She stood up and began to run for the door, tripping out of her oversized shoes on the way as she stumbled to the door handle. She tried to turn it, but it seemed locked. It refused to budge at all.
Ms. Merriweather had barely moved during Regina’s outburst. The witch just sat there watching with a bemused expression on her face.
“Sorry, kid,” Ms. Merriweather said. “I’ve sealed us into our own little bubble universe here. Nothing can get in or out until I pop the bubble, not even sound. You could set off a bomb next to that door, and it wouldn’t even leave a scratch on it.”
Defeated, Regina, let her hands drop. It would seem that she had no chance of fighting her way out of this situation. She knew that she was at a major power disadvantage against an actual witch, but she refused to surrender fully. If she could keep her wits about her, she could maybe persuade Ms. Merriweather to reverse what she had done.
“Now,” the witch said, “back to business.”
Regina returned to her chair and sat down.
“Here’s the deal,” the witch said. “You erase the most serious events in my records, and in return, I will allow you to be an adult again.”
“What good will that do?” Regina asked. “At the rate you’re going, you’ll need to do this again in another month or two. It might be time to consider making some changes to yourself instead of your records.”
Ms. Merriweather stared at her in disbelief. “Is that supposed to be a joke?”
“I’m serious.”
“Hmm.” The witch pinched her chin, considering what to do next, and replied, “I have a better idea. The transfer spell is still in flux, so I might be able to squeeze a little more out of it. I think I’m going to start sucking more of your attributes from you until you give in.”
“What?”
“Let’s take those itty bitty titties first,” Ms. Merriweather said, her eyes glowing a faint green.
Both of them stared at Regina’s chest for a moment and watched what was left of her breasts deflate completely, leaving her with a boyish figure.
“Oh my,” the witch said, looking down at her own swelling breasts as they grew to be nearly as big as her head. “That might be a bit more weight than I would want to carry around. Still, I’m glad to borrow the mass from you for a while.”
Regina felt more irritated than worried, but she realized now just how much worse things could go. Already she had lost her adulthood and her breasts. What else might the witch take? Still, she refused to give in. She had to hold firm to her principles. She would not be intimidated.
“So,” Ms. Merriweather asked. “Ready to alter my records now, or should I take something else?”
“There’s nothing you can do to change my mind on this,” Regina replied, crossing her arms over her flat chest. “I won’t be intimidated. Do your worst.”
The witch smirked. “Oh,” she said. “You don’t deserve my worst. Still, I think I can persuade you. A little change of perspective should do the trick.” Her eyes glowed green again, even brighter this time.
Regina felt her body tingle all over. She grew back some of the size she had lost, but something felt different. Rather than regaining her lost curves, her body seemed to harden, muscles expanding slightly as some fat melted away. Something about the change excited her as she noticed a stirring in her crotch. Her clit was enlarging, pushing out of her labia. Deeper in, she felt her womb closing in and inverting itself. Ovaries slid out into a sack as her clit became enormous and girthy. Soon it became clear how her genitalia was transforming as it took on the familiar shape of a penis and testicles.
“Oh God!” Regina cried, hearing her voice sounding deeper, like that of a croaky, pubescent boy. “Not this,” she pleaded.
The changes concluded, and Regina checked what she looked like with her phone. The face of the boy reflected back had acne and a patchy thin beard. He looked as if he could have been her adolescent son or her awkward little brother. “This feels… so wrong,” she said, her voice seeming both too deep and yet not deep enough to be considered manly.
“What an adorkable little man you’ve become,” Ms. Merriweather said.
Regina looked up at the witch, and, noticing the woman’s huge breasts, she felt an odd stiffening in her new cock. It was an almost Pavlovian response: the sight of tits triggering a teen-boy boner that was small enough to be mostly concealed by the pants of her suit. Regina averted her eyes and said, “This doesn’t change a thing. I still won’t do what you want.”
“Why keep resisting?” Ms. Merriweather asked. “I saw where your eyes went when you looked at me. I could let you see them, you know, nipples and all. You just need to give me what I want, first. I might even let you touch them.”
Regina tried to take her mind off of the witch’s giant boobs, but the thought of them excited her male body, giving her an erection that provided enough pleasure to leave her aching to stimulate it further. It was an almost irresistible tease.
“No,” she responded with more of a pleading tone than a defiant one.
The witch sighed. “Well, then,” she said. “I had hoped to not overuse my new toy.” She pulled at a thin chain around her neck to uncover a round amulet that had been buried in her cleavage. The side facing Regina seemed holographic, the surface shifting in confusing ways as if there were an intricate interference pattern, subtly and continuously reshaping. “This is a mind control device, a form of magical hypnosis,” Ms. Merriweather explained. “It’s quite effective at creating hypnotic suggestions. However, it requires a lot of magical energy to work it. I already tested it on your secretary, but it seems that I’ll need it to get into your thoughts as well.”
Regina was terrified by the thought that the witch might try to control her mind, but she found it almost impossible to look away from the mesmerizing amulet. Her eyes were drawn to it like a magnet as her brain tried desperately to make sense of it. It was just too interesting to ignore, maybe the most interesting sight in the world. A green glow from above suggested that Ms. Merriweather’s eyes had begun to glow again. Regina felt her body go slack as her thoughts became an insubstantial foam of scattered images and incoherent words. She felt unable to do anything, unable to move, unable to speak, unable to even think. She had become entirely passive and helplessly receptive.
“Regina,” the witch’s voice said, the words echoing through the emptiness of the girl’s mind before settling into the core of it. “My words are your reality. What I say is the truth of who you are.”
Regina felt the words become her thoughts as naturally as if she had conceived them herself.
“You are a teenage boy,” the witch said. “Your name is Reggie.”
Reggie was a teenage boy. This was as true as the sky was blue.
“You are horny most of the time, wanting to jerk off whenever you can although you feel somewhat ashamed by it. You find breasts irresistible, particularly big breasts, the bigger the better. You would do just about anything for a woman with big breasts.”
Reggie felt his erection stiffen even more as he looked past the amulet at the enormous pair of breasts right in front of him.
The green glow dimmed away, and the amulet was stuffed back into the witch’s cleavage.
“There,” Ms. Merriweather said. “That should do it.”
Reggie felt more comfortable in his body now although the woman’s pant suit he wore was an awkward fit. However, his attention was not focused on himself but on the woman in front of him. He stared slack-jawed at the line of cleavage Ms. Merriweather sported, wishing he could sneak off to somewhere private to jerk off his throbbing boner right now.
“Reggie?” the witch said. “Do I have your attention?”
He nodded.
“Want to touch my titties?”
He nodded even harder.
“I’ll let you touch them if you clean up my permanent record. Understand?”
Out of confusion, Reggie managed to force his eyes away from her breasts to her face. “Your records?” he inquired.
“Use your login to open my records and remove the worst parts,” the witch explained.
“Uh,” Reggie said, recalling, to his surprise, that he was the school’s principal. It felt strange to be a teen boy and a high school principal at the same time, but somehow both of those things were true. “Sure,” he said. “Whatever you say.” He typed in his login ID and pulled up Ms. Merriweather’s records.
“Good boy,” the witch said.
As he began deleting, he asked, “When I’m done… can I see them… you know… naked?”
“Of course.”
Reggie removed every trace of disciplinary history from Ms. Merriweather’s record.
“There,” he said, turning his eyes back to her tits. “All done.” He was practically salivating now.
The witch peeled her skin-tight top upwards, revealing her stomach, then the bottom of her ribs, then the lower side of her boobs.
Reggie watched in rapt attention as more breast flesh was uncovered. Dark, toe-sized nipples appeared, and the tits slipped free of the top, hanging heavily down to her belly. He nearly came right then, but somehow he held on, not wanting to lose his opportunity to put his hands on that soft flesh.
The witch smiled down at him, reveling in his adoration. “Want them to look even bigger?” she asked him, raising her eyebrows in a suggestive manner.
“Uh,” Reggie replied, finding it hard to speak through his lust. “Y-yeah.”
Ms. Merriweather’s eyes glowed green again, and he felt himself begin to shrink again. The already oversized pant suit hung increasingly loosely from his dwindling frame. He recognized that draining sensation from before, which indicated that he was once more losing maturity, getting younger instead of just smaller. The intensity of his arousal diminished with the rest of him although he remained hard even as he lost length and girth. After a sudden acceleration of his regression, a growth spurt in reverse, he became too short for his feet to touch the ground.
“What?” he asked, his voice sounding squeaky now. He looked up at her trying to understand this apparent betrayal. “You promised.”
“Just wait,” she assured him.
A pair of giant heels dropped from his young feet, and his shoulder slipped free of his tent-like shirt. Soon, his head had lowered beneath the level of the desk in front of him, and his lower body became buried in the pantsuit. The changes to his body seemed to become even more pronounced as he retreated into early childhood. All traces of muscle tone vanished as baby fat filled in beneath his soft skin, leaving him feeling weaker and weaker. Hands and feet becoming pudgy with stubby digits. His face rounding out, cheeks swelling, nose shrinking to a nub. He watched in wide-eyed wonder as the witch seemed to rise up above him until she was eclipsed by the top of the desk.
Then, just as he worried he might disappear into his clothes altogether. The shrinking slowed to a halt, leaving him in the body of a helpless infant. Although it was hard to estimate his current age, he doubted he was more than half a year old now. That he was still hard, despite not having even an inch left, felt frustrating. Even as a baby, he could not escape his lust for Ms. Merriweather, but what he had remaining seemed to exist only as an impotent mockery of that lust.
This hopeless attraction was confirmed when she rose from her seat, seemingly a giant now, to look down on where he sat on the huge chair. He realized then that she had in fact kept her word; her breasts looked much much bigger now, bigger even than his own head. His excitement for that chest outpaced his hurt feelings over being tricked, and he reached out his baby hands, begging to embrace those beloved boobs.
“Does baby want boobies?” the witch cooed down at him.
He clapped his hands and babbled excitedly in response.
Then, he watched in silent awe as Ms. Merriweather rounded the desk and turned the chair he was sitting on. She lifted him in her relatively enormous hands, an empty bra still hanging from his shoulder and covering his crotch with one cup. Then, she took a seat on the chair where he had been, and, cradling him in her arms, she positioned his head just below her breast.
“Go ahead,” she said, giving him explicit permission after noticing his hesitance.
His baby hands gripped her breast like a beach ball, testing the softness of that flesh and how much his little fingers sank in. Again, he sensed his throbbing stiffy begging for attention, but he had no free hand to touch it, both of them being occupied with the oversized breast. Seeing her nipple protruding dark and mouth-sized, some instinct took over, and he wrapped his lips around it and began sucking. To his deep disappointment, nothing came from his sucking. He just made her nipple slick with his saliva.
“Sorry,” the witch said. “As powerful as I am, I can’t make myself lactate for you.” She looked at the door and thought for a moment. “You know what?” she said. “I think I know someone who I might be able to take on the role of mommy for you.”
With a wave of her hand the world seemed to open up in a subtle way, a slight drop in air pressure, like riding up a quick elevator, accompanied by barely perceptible sounds coming from outside of the office.
Ms. Merriweather set baby Reggie down on the desk, and to his disappointment, she put her top back on, concealing those beautiful boobs. “Come now,” she said, lifting him back up again. “Time to introduce you to your new mommy.”
She opened the door to the office and found Ms. Lopez, the chubby secretary. Walking up to her, Reggie was amazed by the size of the woman, in particular, the size of her chest.
“Hi,” the witch said. “Ms. Walker is done with her meeting.”
“Uh,” the secretary said, confused. “Where did the baby come from?”
“This is Ms. Walker,” Ms. Merriweather explained. “However, she’s in no state to be a principal right now. She’ll be needing someone to look after her until these curses wear off. Congratulations!”
“Uh… what?”
The witch lifted up her amulet again. “Look at this,” she said, and the secretary did as she was told. Her body slumped in her chair slightly as she became totally engrossed with staring at the hypnotic amulet.
“This is your baby,” the witch told Ms. Lopez. “You are Ms. Walker’s mother now. Repeat that back to me.“
“I am Ms. Walker’s mother now,” the secretary said in a dreamy voice.
“You will care for Ms. Walker, change her diapers, and breastfeed her whenever she’s hungry.”
“I will…”
“Good,” Ms. Merriweather said. “Now, let’s give you some milkers.”
The secretary’s breasts swelled beneath her top, stretching it until the buttons seemed ready to pop off.
“Those will grow as the baby grows,” the witch said. “You can use them to control the baby. She will do whatever you want if you threaten to withhold them. Understand?”
“I understand.”
“Good,” Ms. Merriweather said. Suddenly, her body shuddered and she let out a yelp, as if she had been burned. The amulet slipped from her hand, and Reggie noticed that the formerly complex pattern on it had become a simple flat gray surface. The witch rubbed the hand that had been holding the amulet and said, “I think I overdid it that time. Too much for too long. Hope I didn’t break it.”
The secretary appeared to wake up from a daydream. “Oh,” she said, noticing the baby in the witch’s arm. “My baby!”
“Here,” Ms. Merriweather said, handing Reggie over to his new mother. “Thanks for letting me hold him. I’ll be on my way now.”
“Oh, sure,” the secretary said, but her attention was focused on the baby in her arms. “Have a nice day.”
Reggie looked back to where the witch had been, but she had already vanished.
“Are you ready to breastfeed, Ms. Walker?”
Reggie nodded, desperate to get his lips around some giant nipples as soon as possible.

Two weeks later in the principal’s office, Reggie and Ms. Lopez waited anxiously for Esme to arrive.
“Let me do the talking,” Reggie said, doing his best to sound like a confident woman, then after a pause he remembered to say, “Mommy.”
“Yes, Sweetie,” Ms. Lopez replied to her boss and baby.
Although they were both physically grown women now, they could not shake the roles they had accepted over the past couple of weeks. Considering what they had been doing together, it was easy to understand why.
“Are you getting hungry?” Ms. Lopez inquired.
“Yes,” Reggie admitted, “but it will have to wait for now.”
“If we’re quick…” Ms. Lopez said, beginning to unbutton her top.
“Not now,” Reggie said, feeling his face getting warm.
“Hello?” said a student’s voice, interrupting.
They turned to the door to see who had spoken and saw the Merriweather girl standing there, looking like an ordinary teen again. So, she too had returned to normal just like they had done, physically at least.
“Come in,” Reggie said. “And, could you… you know… close us in? Give us some privacy?”
Esme entered the office and shut the door behind herself. Then, her eyes glowed faintly purple, and they felt even more sealed away within the office.
“Thank you,” Reggie said.
Esme looked up at the pair of them and asked, “So, have you two been having fun together?”
Ms. Lopez and Reggie exchanged a nervous look, and he replied, “We need to talk to you about that.”
Esme took a seat and smiled. “I bet you do.”
Ms. Lopez said, “Do you know what you’ve done to us?”
Elbows on the armrests, Esme clasped her hands together and rested her chin on her knuckles. “Do tell,” she said.
Reggie took a deep breath and began to tell the story of their new life together.
***
They both knew who they had been. Their memories were still intact. Still, they felt compelled to live according to their new roles. Ms. Lopez was Reggie’s mother. Reggie was a teenage boy in a baby body. This was just who they were now.
To start with, Reggie was hungry, and his new mommy wanted to feed him. Ms. Lopez had never breastfed a baby before, but she figured it out quickly. Reggie was overjoyed both to have a breast to touch and to have a nipple producing delicious milk for him. After the feeding, they had to face the practical realities of childcare. Ms. Lopez sorted out their work responsibilities, explaining that the principal was feeling unwell and had to go home. Then, she excused herself, saying she must be coming down with the same cold. Somehow, no one was suspicious about there being a baby in the office. Most likely, they figured it must have something to do with the witch’s magic.
After dropping Reggie off at her apartment, Ms. Lopez did some quick shopping, buying essentials like diapers and basic baby clothes. When she came home to her new baby, they settled into the routine of their new roles. The first diaper change was unpleasant, but they muddled through it. Soon enough, after another feeding, Reggie was yawning. Ms. Lopez lay her baby down in her bed to sleep and decided to get some rest, herself.
The next day, the routine continued. Ms. Lopez was a doting mother, feeding and changing her baby. Meanwhile, Reggie was still as horny as ever for Ms. Lopez’s milky tits, but he found the experience deeply frustrating, being a teenage boy confined in a baby body, feeling the same lust but lacking the coordination to even fondle himself. It was almost painful for him, having his adolescent horniness compressed into this little body, too small to contain it and too immature to satisfy it. He begged for relief from this dense attraction but all he received was more stimulation, a mouthful of milk from what he desired most with no way to indulge in the pleasure of it. The only escape was to nap, which he did often.
Beyond that discomfort was the strangeness of just being small and helpless. At his age, Reggie could just barely stand even as he was steadying himself with an arm resting on something. Unsupported, he would drop back down onto his padded behind. Walking was impossible, so he spent a lot of time crawling around on the floor looking up at the seemingly enormous furniture above him. His mommy was kind enough to leave the TV on for him most of the time. Other than that, his only diversions came from when Ms. Lopez cared for his needs. Maybe the best time was when she bathed him in the tub. There were no exposed breasts to distract his attention, and he was not covered in his own waste as was the case when getting a diaper change. Any remaining awkwardness between them was washed away, and the warmth and affection they shared was powerful enough that they both were able to temporarily forget their previous lives, existing only as mother and son. Then, they would return to the more obligatory business of breastfeeding and diaper changes.
A day or two later, Reggie was surprised to wake up as a teenage boy with a sizable morning-wood erection. At last, he felt as if he were back to normal. It seemed that the witch’s spells had finally begun to wear off. Lying naked in bed beside Ms. Lopez, he noticed his baby-sized diaper beneath him on the bed, having torn off his body when he had grown up. He looked down at his adolescent body in amazement, in particular his cock, which was aching for use. He stood up and was shocked to see how small the bedroom seemed now. After taking a moment to get used to standing again, he snuck away to the bathroom, lotioned up his palm, and finally completed this seemingly endless edging session that he had endured in his baby body. He came with such intensity, that it might as well have been his first time. In fact, considering that he had never jerked off as a boy before, it technically was.
He sat there on the toilet lid, enjoying the afterglow of his orgasmic bliss. Before he had recovered enough to clean up, Ms. Lopez, his mom, appeared in the doorway.
She said, “Baby, are you alright?”
“Uh,” he said, covering up with a tissue as his mommy’s presence startled him back to reality. “F-fine.”
“You’re not wearing your diaper,” she noted.
“Well,” he said, trying to form a reasonable sentence in an unfamiliar voice. “I’m too old for diapers now.”
Ms. Lopez shook her head. “That’s not right. You are my little baby, and you will wear your diaper as a baby should.”
“B-but…” Reggie said, wanting to argue but finding himself too distracted by the shape of Ms. Lopez’s enormous tits beneath her pajama shirt to say more.
“I’m going to the store to buy some diapers that will fit you now.”
“Wait,” he said as she turned to leave.
“Can I have… breakfast, first?”
Ms. Lopez smiled and pulled her top off, revealing her giant milk-swollen breasts. “Of course.”
They got back into bed together, and after some awkward attempts to position his teenage body for the feeding, Reggie began drinking his mommy’s breast-milk. Despite having a much larger stomach, Reggie managed to drink until he had satiated his hunger and thirst. Ms. Lopez even made sure to pat his back to burp him.
Then, she left to go shopping, and he hurried back to the bathroom to jerk himself off again.
Later, Ms. Lopez returned and dressed him in an adult diaper. It felt considerably more awkward to wear as a teenager, but he was willing to accept it if it meant he could keep nursing on his mommy’s tits. He never actually used the diaper for its intended purpose, but he kept it on to satisfy her.
The next day, a quick sniff told Ms. Lopez that her baby needed a bath. Despite his reluctance, Reggie got in the tub after his mommy had filled it with water and bubble-bath soap. Although he had drunk from her breasts several times as a teenager by now, there was something more intimate about being bathed. They shared the same warmth and affection as they had experienced when he had been a baby. Her hands rubbing his body clean would have been enough to tip him over the edge had he not already pleasured himself in the bedroom while she had been drawing the bath. By the time she pulled the plug on the drain, he realized he had begun to love Ms. Lopez in a way that went beyond simple sexual attraction. Her devotion had gone beyond a hypnotic suggestion as well into an authentic and heartfelt love for a child.
Reggie still jerked off the next time he had a moment alone, but there was something more pure about it, as if it were an act of devotion more than simple lust.
When he woke up the next morning, things felt wrong again. The morning wood he expected to feel was gone. In fact, a quick probing into his diaper found that his cock was gone altogether. In its place was a mound of flesh with a vertical slit running down it.
“No,” he whispered, realizing that another of the witch’s spells had worn off. He still had a teenage body, but it was no longer male.
His hands shot up to his chest, hoping to find something new there to compensate for the loss of his cock. To his disappointment, he was as flat as a boy, still. His nipples did feel a little larger and more sensitive, but it was a subtle change compared to his crotch and his overall figure.
He got out of bed, and discovered that overnight he had lost an inch or two. The increased broadness of his hips and roundness of his butt was the most obvious other difference he noticed. He headed for the bathroom and the mirror, expecting to find more changes there. Sure enough, the face reflected back at him looked familiar even if he felt like it belonged to someone else. This was young Regina, the girl he had been before. He knew her, but he no longer felt as if he was her.
Seeing that face reminded him of where he was going if the spells kept reverting him back to the body he had been in before. He would soon be a grown woman again, Regina, the school principal. The idea did not appeal to him. He took a greater interest in lusting after a grown woman’s body than in inhabiting one. Already, he felt awkward with the absence of a cock. How would he feel when breasts were hanging from his chest again? As much as he loved breasts, did he really want to have his own pair? Before he could sort out answers to his questions, Ms. Lopez stirred in bed, and he decided to greet his mommy with the surprise he had been dealing with since waking up.
The day continued as the previous ones had with breastfeeding and diaper changes. Reggie was disappointed every time he went to jerk off only to rediscover that he had nothing to jerk anymore. Memories of his old life showed him a way to satiate his lust, but digital penetration just did not offer the same kind of satisfaction as a good bit of yanking. He went to bed, dickless, diapered, and dreading what was coming next.
Waking up the next morning, Reggie probed inside his diaper again. As expected, he was still lacking his cock. However, after opening his eyes, Reggie was pleasantly surprised to find twin mounds on his chest, and all his concerns about his crotch were momentarily forgotten. Breasts! The things he wanted to see most in the whole world were now attached to his own body. He had been anticipating their return, but the reality of having his own tits was surprisingly mind-blowing in a pleasant way. Although they were considerably smaller than Ms. Lopez’s pair, they were big enough to be exciting to his teenage-boy mind. His trembling hands gently groped the soft flesh of his new tits, exploring their sensitive skin and testing how pleasurable they were to play with. To his delight, he found that they were almost a good enough substitute for his cock, almost but not quite.
Wanting to get a better perspective on his boobs, Reggie slipped out of bed and hurried to the bathroom, enjoying feeling them bouncing as he galloped to the mirror. There was Regina, reflected back at him as before, but now she sported an impressive bust. Reggie pulled off the sleep top he had been wearing, baring Regina’s beautiful boobs.
“Whoa!” he said, stunned by the sight of the girl in front of him and her perfect pert tits. He cupped them and saw Regina do the same. He had the impression that he was puppetting her body, giving him the impulse to put on a show for himself.
Switching to a more feminine intonation, he asked himself, “Like what you see, big boy?”
Reggie smiled as Regina smiled at him, the lust in her eyes making him increasingly horny.
He lifted up her tits. “Wanna play with ‘em?”
They nodded at each other, grinning. Then, unable to contain themselves, they leaned forward over the sink, pursing their lips. They kissed, feeling cool glass between them that did nothing to calm their burning passion.
They stepped back and started fondling those lovely breasts, the pleasure of the stimulation making wet the pussy below. Fingers found their way inside the diaper down there as other fingers continued to tweak and rub the nipples above. Through half-closed eyes, they watched this happening, enjoying this young lady’s exhibition of self-love.
The climax came quickly. Legs going weak, they slid down the wall and lay on the tiles, enjoying the afterglow of this over-excited orgasm.
“Sweetie?” asked Ms. Lopez some time later. “Are you alright? Did you fall?”
“N-no,” Reggie replied, woken from his erotic reverie by his mommy’s voice. He sat up, feeling the weight of his naked breasts swing to dangle freely in the cool morning air. “I was just… checking something in the mirror.”
Ms. Lopez nodded, but she betrayed no indication that she knew what he had actually done.
“Come have breakfast,” she invited him, walking back to the bed, removing her top as she went.
Reggie’s mouth watered, and he followed her onto the mattress. Seeing her bare nipples, dripping with nourishing milk, he felt his own nipples harden. As he got comfortable, he realized that for the first time he would be drinking from her breasts while having a pair of breasts on his own chest. Something about that awareness excited him even more. Four breasts instead of two, double the nipples, double the tit flesh. Had he not come just a short while ago, he would have lost it right then as he filled his stomach with Ms. Lopez’s warm milk. Instead, he relaxed into the warm comfort of his mother’s love and the soft feel of tit flesh all around him.
Hours went by while Reggie alternated from playing with his own tits and drinking from Ms. Lopez’s, masturbating every time he visited the bathroom. Ms. Lopez bathed him again, and he was happy to let her soap up his breasts, feeling her loving fingers cleaning the residual sweat from them. He lay down to bed that night, thoroughly satisfied and totally exhausted by such a pleasure-filled day.
The next morning, he woke up with his body feeling different again. There seemed to be much more of it now than had been there when he went to sleep. Long legs extended almost to the foot of the bed, and the blanket over his chest was tented considerably higher. Pulling back the covers and sheets, he saw a grown woman’s body below, wearing a diaper stretched tightly around broadened hips. Compared to the teen body he had become accustomed to, this body felt massive and satisfyingly well-toned.
Standing up, a momentary wave of vertigo hit him as he rose much higher than he had expected, his body stretching out nearly a foot longer than before. As was his new morning habit, he hurried to the bathroom to examine his reflection. He recognized the woman staring back at him. It was the face he wore in all but his most recent memories, Regina Walker, high school principal. He was back to normal at last.
He knew he should feel relieved. His ordeal was over. Instead, he felt conflicted.
Some things about this body were more welcome than others. Regina’s sizable tits were gorgeous, maybe even better than his mommy’s pair. It required a lot of self-control to stop himself from fondling them as he tried to come to terms with this new reality. What troubled him was the body part he was missing between his legs, the absent dick that he sensed like a phantom limb. Although he knew he was supposed to be a mature woman, the hypnotic suggestions the witch had given him told him he was a teen boy. It was how he felt inside. He wanted his dick back. He craved jerking it off. The pussy below that had been his normal anatomy before just felt wrong now. The face in the mirror frowned.
“I am Regina Walker,” he informed his reflection, trying to settle the matter. It was true, but it felt like a lie.
Hoping that things would start feeling right again after spending more time in this body, he returned to bed and lay down.
His attention turned to the woman lying beside him. She was a secretary in the school, one of Regina’s subordinates. She was also Reggie’s mommy. How would they reconcile these contradictory roles going forward? Maybe it would be best to discuss it together. He nudged her awake.
“Mommy,” he said, hearing his words in a familiar grown-woman’s voice for the first time in many days. “Wake up, please. I need you.”
Ms. Lopez opened her eyes. Then, she stretched and yawned. Reggie’s love for her was undeniable now, but the shape of that love was hard to define. Was it familial love or something more mature?
“Are you thirsty, baby?” Ms. Lopez asked him, sitting up. Reggie could swear that her breasts had grown larger overnight, even more so than his own.
“I am,” he admitted, “but I want to talk, first.”
Ms. Lopez looked disappointed, sensing what Reggie wanted to discuss. “I see.”
“I’m back to normal,” Reggie said, trying to sound responsible, like Regina. “We need to get back to our old lives. We can’t keep hiding here, playing house.”
Ms. Lopez frowned.
“Listen,” Reggie said, putting his hand on hers in what he hoped was a reassuring way. “Thank you for taking care of me. I owe you so much. I will repay you for it, somehow. For now, though, we have a lot to do. We need to make up a convincing story. I need to go back home and get myself sorted out there.”
Ms. Lopez nodded, a blank expression on her face.
Reggie got out of bed and said, “Um, this is awkward, but can I borrow some underwear?”
“Yes, Ma’am,” she replied.
The word stung, but Reggie… Regina knew this was for the best. They had to get back to who they had been. The rest of the morning, they tried to be who they were supposed to be, no matter how wrong it felt. However, that business-like formality did not last for long.

There was silence in the office as a stunned young witch stared at the pair of them for half a minute.
“We wanted to ask you if you could help us,” Reggie said.
“Please,” Ms. Lopez said.
“W-what do you want me to do?” Esme asked.
Reggie asked, “Can you change our minds back to normal?”
“We tried going back to who we were,” Ms. Lopez explained.
“I couldn’t keep away,” Reggie said. “I wanted her to be my mommy. She wanted it, too. We can’t stop doing it. We almost got caught breastfeeding here a few times. It’s getting dangerous.”
“But,” Esme said. “That shouldn’t be true. The hypnosis should have worn off when the spells wore off. I don’t sense my magic still active on you anymore.” She looked at the pair of them and noticed that they were holding hands. “The only way you would still feel like that is if you really wanted to be a mother and a baby.”
Ms. Lopez and Reggie gazed into each other’s eyes and realized the truth of what Esme had said.
“We do, don’t we?” Ms. Lopez said, smiling.
“Maybe we do,” Reggie said, surrendering to his feelings at last. “It’s crazy, but, yeah, I want it, too. But, we can’t. How could we make it work?” He turned to the young witch. “Can you help us?”
Esme weighed her words carefully. “I might be able to help you live as you want, but I want some promises in return.”
“Okay.”
“I want to stay out of trouble. I’ll keep a low profile, but you won’t be writing me up or putting me in detention.”
“So long as you don’t cause any major problems, I can agree to that,” Reggie replied.
“Good,” Esme said. “So, tell me what you need.”
Ms. Lopez asked, “Can you make it so that people don’t get suspicious when we go off for breastfeeding?”
The young witch nodded. “That’s easy. I’ll put a glamor on you both to keep people from being suspicious of you. Anything you do will just seem normal, or they will just not pay attention.”
“Good.”
“Anything else?”
Ms. Lopez said, “My back is killing me. All this weight is a bit much. I don’t want to be smaller, but can you make it easier to carry these?” She gestured at her chest.
Esme nodded. “I can give you some more muscle to handle the extra weight.”
“That would be great.”
Eyes glowing green, Esme waved her hands, and Ms. Lopez’s thick body tightened up, muscles swelling beneath her fatty curves, leaving her feeling unburdened even as she became more massive.
“Is that all?” Esme asked.
Reggie squirmed, feeling uncomfortable in his female skin again. “I want my cock back,” he blurted out.
Esme was shocked. “What?”
“I still feel like a teen boy inside,” he explained, confessing something he had been trying to deny for too long. “I’m Reggie. That’s who I am. It’s who I want to be. It’s just that… I can’t jerk off like this. If I could just have my dick back…”
“I see,” Esme said, suppressing a smirk. “That’s… an interesting request.”
“Can you do it?”
Esme nodded. “Easily.”
She waved her hand, her eyes glowing, and Reggie felt his clit swell and extend. Reggie lifted up his shirt and peeked inside his adult diaper to watch as his dick grew back. Soon it had reached an appropriate size for a teen boy. It took all of his self control to keep his hand off of it.
“That should do it,” Esme said. “Big enough to jerk, but not too big to hide.”
Reggie smiled. “Thank you!” he said, his eyes watering with grateful tears. “It’s perfect!”
“Now,” Esme said, “I’ll need to do a little prep to set up your glamor, so just try to keep a low profile for now.”
“Okay,” they replied and hugged each other.
“I love you, baby.”
“I love you, Mommy.”
Esme smiled at their shared affection, feeling as if she had accidentally done something good for once. It felt strange, and she hoped not to make a habit of it. After all, she was loath to let anyone influence her. Still, she had gotten what she wanted; she was safe from getting in trouble at school. If someone else just happened to benefit from it, she could live with that too.
