How about a theme park similar to mizuryu kei's doujin series but where Raikage is the main attraction and the girls fuck shadow clones of him on different rides?

Honeymoon nights. Each of the girls in lingerie having their own night with raikage
Onur Aydin
Oh yes, I almost forgot those two. The school theme has so much potential.

I posted a comment above to say we should continue school event more. But I think a possible event should be Stranded Island, Raikage gets stranded on a island of Amazons and proceeds to conquer and breed them all.

I second this. Also we need Shizune and Anko as they were in the front cover of the event.
Tsaume Gsovansle
How about a GoT like theme with Raikage as a conqueror and the women as his slaves or spoils of war (sorry about the English, no my first language)
Onur Aydin
If you want to focus more on the school theme, how about the other moms from the parents meeting? For example a threeway with Ino, her mother and Raikage.

How about a stranded in space theme
Artemiz
A gym theme or a sex-ed showing condom use with Raikage as the model
Baki fhd
A temple theme would also be nice. With raikage as the priest amd the girls as shrine maidens/godesses

There's still the prison idea from last time. Anothee neat one could be "Idols" with Raikage as their manager
