Wedding is amazing
Crowfeast1405
Personally I think it be funny to have A as a Dark Elf that captures the holy elf queen (Tsunade or Hinata) and then has his way with them on the throne
TOFUK
I thought this too. Plenty of themes to take advantage.
Marc Barel
Cosplay event where the girls dress up as someone else. Like Hinata as Orihime, Lishina as Erza, Tsunade as...okay I don’t know about her lol

Affairs during tasks？Fight and Fuck
Merqad
maybe wedding since most the girls are married? Like Ay 'sneaks' to see them before they walk the isle.
Adam Dee
Medieval theme, the girls are different warriors or from different tribes or kingdoms (Elf, Amazon etc.) Ay being a barbarian leader trying to conquer.

Bunny suit girls

Love the prison idea. As for another event, maybe a Girl's Sleepover at Hinata's house with Ay as a special guest while the family is out.
Ookami88
How about a Dungeon & Dragons event? A little bit of Iseaki genre, where the characters wear some fantasy costumes or are transformed into different species, like elves, nymphs, beastfolk etc.
Train or hospital
yoitsthebigo
School because at least you got the student angles along with teachers. Maybe after that do all types of jobs for the girls
