Christmas would be nice since it's coming up. And if you can time it, beach theme for the summer. But I see a lot of prison suggestions. Whatever you pick, I hope we get a harem sex scene ;)

I think a short Christmas theme would be good since it’s coming soon. I’d also be down for a school/beach theme

onsen massages theme?

There are Prison series by Naruho-dou. Just for beach or hospital event ^_^

I thought “Konoha onsen” would be some kind of event or is it your new manga?

Raikage in a prison full of female guards is what i’d want

How about Ay "disciplining" some female prisoners (the various antagonist girls who've appeared through the show) in a Kumo prison?

How about Hot Springs Hotel? It could include various baths, rooms, sauna, to name the few. And Japanese do love their hot springs after all! The Raikage could be a VIP guest, while the women would be the staff, wearing those lovely yukata's. I'm also for the Prison and School!

Hinata helps relieve some BBC prisoners while Naruto is proud of how hos wife wants to help with his work not realizing what she's actually doing

School one sounds great.

I feel like you could get more out of a school theme than a Christmas theme

Why not a one time Christmas theme for December, and then for the new year, school themed, Raikage is a PE coach or Janitor and the girls are either students, teachers, nurse.

Raikage with some of the girls at the beach during the Summer would be a very good theme in my opinion.
