January and February packages are going out Feb 15th

Ok, so every year we have a plan to start getting monthly packages out within their month, and at the beginning of 2020 we really thought we had it. COVID hit and delayed the first packages, reduced our staff, and definitely added some major complications. But we still had some internal issues to work out (it’s a simple internal issue of complexity - each package has a ton of moving parts, and any one will make the whole package delayed). In hiring new staff and having lots of discussions here, we decided we are going to make a shift. It’s a shift that will leave some initial confusion, but will sort itself out over a few months.
The next packages that are going out will be labeled as January 2021 and February 2021.
These will be sent by Feb 15th. The March packages (and Lightyear starter kits) will be going out on or before March 15th. The April packages will be going out on or before April 15th.
What does that mean about the October, November, and December packages that are still due to be sent?
We are basically sending them out as well, as soon as all of the parts arrive. These will be sent on their own (or along with other packages) as soon as they are ready. If you are owed packages from those months, you will receive them as Patreon keeps track of that nicely. If enough parts are here for any of those, we will send them along with the January and February packages on February 15th. For international patrons that get 2 at a time, we will send Sept/Oct, and Nov/Dec together.
Why are we doing this?
Working a few months behind is super super difficult and confusing for everyone. It's very stressful to never ever catch up. So we are making the primary effort to get the packages out by the 15th of their month. Anything that's overdue will come separately (and if all goes well shortly). Basically it's to not allow the backlog to grow at all. We will ship the new packages on time and chip away at the backlog.This also allows us to tell you what is coming the month ahead of time, as we will know what is here and can ship out right away, as opposed to a package that you will have to wait for.
So what is included in the January and February packages?
We are shifting some gears to get the in stock items out to you right away. So let's take a look. :)
We have some feature write ups coming for The Forest Watch and Horreos over the next few days. I just need a quick break to post them.

You may notice that Arcane Bakery Clash: Boss Battle 2 is listed in the February Package. You will not need to pledge for it, as you will already be getting it. Same with Boss Battle 3 and Liberation Moon of Mystery. Those are all brand new expansion, and are all coming in future packages.
Chain Mail Starter Kits
Chain Mail was or 2019 year long game and we do not offer physical starter kits right now, but the entire year of files are all at the link above. Check them out in the dropbox.
Personal Space / Trolling For Trouble Starter Kits
All patrons that joined before March 1 2021 will receive a Personal Space and Trolling for Trouble Starter Kit. We are just waiting on the second batch of physical copies to arrive here. When they do, we will tally addresses and send them out. It will be soon. But if you are interested in Personal Space, there are files in the dropbox link above.
I think that's it. I really hope this does what we intend to do. I've had to do exactly this at previous jobs where I came into a backlog and it worked out. We put most of the staff on the new stuff, and a few key individuals on the old stuff. The hopes are high. :)

I'm not a source of truth but I'd assume you only get February if you saw a charge for this month. If you haven't seen a charge to your card best bet is that you won't see anything.
