Package Status as of March 18, 2019

We have two updates today, and this will be the first. Both were planned for last week and I apologize for the delay. Here is the current package status.
January packages are done.
The last went out today. If you are expecting a January package and don’t have it in a week, let us know and we’ll take a look into it. (Note: If you purchased January on the website, those are starting to ship now that we’re through the club packages)
If you are international and receiving them every two months, we’ll be shipping on even numbered months. Expect January and February together.
February Packages are about 2 weeks out.
This is about 2 weeks later than we originally planned, but the cards are expected to arrive in the next 10 days. The postcards are here. Some rules are here, but wrapping up the additional rules now. Everything should hit here about the same time and be shipping in two weeks.
March Packages are about 3-4 weeks out.
Similar to February, the cards are expected to arrive in the next 10 days. The postcards are here, but we’re wrapping up the rules and wallets. So we should be right on the tail of February.
I should quickly note that we have an amazing assembly team in place that now knocks these things out in a way that we’ve never been able to do before. The biggest remaining issue is everything non-assembly related will bottleneck at me. Working on that. But it’s an incredible improvement over before. Big thanks to Steve (weekdays) and Kevin and William (weekends), as well as Carolyn (every free moment) in getting these games assembled and out the door.
Ok, back to the packages.
April is going to ship in April!
The deadline to order April is April 5th. And guess what? I think we can make that happen. The Chain Mail items are almost ready. The wallet game cards have been ordered. The extras are coming together too. All of this will be teased in the update that follows this. But the good news is that we’re going to ship in April and it feels amazing.
T-Shirts

Older packages
If you are waiting on something from November or earlier, please message buttonshyhelp@gmail.com and Matthew will help get your missing items moving.
If you are still waiting on December, I have a small list of items that I'm pushing out the door (and most are going out tonight). The complication of:
- holding back Twin Stars and/or The Perfect Moment
- Oct-Nov Banned Books being an issue in all packages and November being an issue in just $10 packages
- the ones that may or may not have needed starter packages
- the ones that weren't due yet but we sent starter packages anyway due to the delay
- the international that get it every two months but we sent them early due to the delay
All of that combined created a brain-bending merge of spreadsheets, mail records and physical notes. I'm pushing through them and will give a cutoff by next week that if you didn't get it by then, we should be reissuing.
I don't want to complaint about the issues as much as address them and fix them. So we changed the way we do this in a big way. We have a single spreadsheet for each month showing the status of everything. It shows the ones that are held and why. We now have the email notification system when items ship, with our codes stating exactly what was in the package. And most of all we have the staff above (plus Matthew on customer support) to make it so that I'm not running around like a madman with no time to keep these things organized.

Other than that, I hope all is well with everyone and hope this onslaught of packages makes up for the backlog drought we were seeing over the last few months. Catching up is a huge weight lifted and stress relief for us, and we hope it is for you too once you start to see these packages in the mail. Who knew that hiring a few helping hands would get us to this point? :)

Hey Drew, No one has gotten March yet. We are currently shipping Dec-Feb. March and April are coming soon.

Check above for status on packages. February was about 2 weeks from assembly as of March 18th. I'm not sure if that's changed much or not, but it should give you a close idea. For swapping wallet games, we will do a Patreon post only for $20 supporters to swap their wallet game if they want to.

Any update on when we should be seeing the February packages? Also, as I'm new to this (February will be my first package), how exactly do we go about requesting a swap for the wallet game in the $20 package?

For episode 0, no. I don't think we plan on printing it. For the other episodes, you can purchase $10 packages from the Button Shy Webstore which will include additional print copies of Tempus Quest.

Is there a list online somewhere of what should have been in each monthly package? I think I've received (most) everything, but as I was just piling it all together on my game shelf I'm a little worried that I've missed a month (namely October). I've looked on the Button Shy website but no luck. Just a page listing which wallet game (without substitutions), Timestamp postcards and Banned Books cards were shipped for each month would be great. Going forward it could be updated once a month with what is shipping for the current month. Again I know that you guys deal with a ton of substitutions. The list would just need to have the default packages for the various levels; people who make substitutions would need to keep track of that themselves.
