May 2025 Package - Choose your game & PNPs - Plus some important tariff delay info
🕑 Added 2025-05-27 16:51:07 +0000 UTCHey everyone, hope you’re all enjoying the club! We have some tariff related delays causing this message and some of our packages to be pushed back, so let's talk about that first.
As you may or may not know the China tariffs on toys and games went from <1% to 10% in February, 20% in March. 145% in April and 30% in May. Anything over 10% is pretty detrimental, and something like 145% means an end to this entire industry as we know it. Thankfully we only print cards in China, so we've moved that back to a US printer that we've used many times before (if you have Tussie Mussie, they are from the US printer), but they are more expensive and take a lot longer to print.
The May package is coming from the original printer but was held for the tariffs. It's arriving here in mid June.
The June and July packages are the first from the US printer and will probably both arrive here in August.
We're taking some measures now to get ahead on the other packages and get this back to normal, but because of that tariff volatility, things will be a little delayed for a few months.
With all that in mind, we're keeping things moving here. We'll ask for your game choices each month, even if it's delayed. If anyone has questions, please ask in the comments and I'll assist. Thanks everyone.

Hi. By chance is there a way to get the PNP files for May 2025 again? Thought I downloaded theses but somehow missed it and only need the links for like 1-2 days to fetch them. (sorry i missed it)

Is 5 days the shortest amount of time you've made the PnP files available for? I understand that you don't want them to be available indefinitely but this seems a very short period of time. In the UK/Europe it is common to take a two week vacation (or longer) and also possibly a second vacation of a week or so, and it would be easy for someone to miss the files. For a five-day window then just having a bad cold or a family emergencey would be enough to miss the window. Could files maybe be available for the whole month until the next set are made available?
