Basically, if they can attack the lighthouse, no traps can be attacked. Every nightmare in range of the lighthouse hits the lighthouse for one damage. If the lighthouse can't be reached, the nightmares can only attack one trap at a time starting with the left most trap. If the trap survives, the next left most trap is attacked. The trap can be targeted by all nightmares in range and is removed if attacked by enough nightmares. The nightmares can only defeat one trap per round and stops attacking after a trap is defeated. If all the traps survive, you move on to the next step.

This may not be the right place for rules questions, but I'm hoping someone can help me out with when nightmares attack. Do I understand correctly that, if at least one nightmare is in range to attack the lighthouse, the lighthouse suffers a damage but no traps are then attacked, even if other nightmares could attack those traps? And if no nightmares can attack the lighthouse, I'm unclear how they attack traps. From left to right, do they defeat as many traps as possible, or is it similar to the lighthouse where after a single trap is defeated that satisfies the nightmares and the phase ends, even if other traps could theoretically be defeated? Thanks! Really enjoying the game, assuming I'm not way off base on my rules interpretation.

The way I see it, I have some collectible rare misprints ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I'm in the second group (too many grey backs). Thanks for the clarification, since I was otherwise wondering why one of the expansions didn't have grey backs.

Admitting fault, resolution provided, and a plan going forward... I see an excellent response from a trustworthy company. Things happen, it's how we respond to them that truly matters.
