Now that you mention it does it kinda looks like an elbow. But anyways I think that is because her breast is facing the way it should be if her body was facing/same position as Alex is. But once the shirt is lifted up and you can actually see the breasts it looks more natural. I think that is because you can see more clearly see that reason the right boob looks off is that because Alex is pushing the left and that is causing the right one to move. If that makes sense...
