A is right on the money, though a low one for me. It's a good start it's not a greatest episode but it's built sturdy to get you home.

I don't know how you rate these three independent of the context of one another. It's a great DS9 movie, and impossibly good considering it builds off only one season of character development.

B. Solid Season Starter, this political thriller that finally deals with the Bajoran-Cardassian situation. Better than most of the stuff we got in C-son 1, but it pales in comparison to later episodes in the season that are far more deserving of A's and S's than this episode.
