I hated the wat this episode reduced Data's personal morality down to an ethical subroutine that can be turned on and off, suggesting there's no intelligence behind Data's interpretation of right and wrong. Instead of him having logically come to the conclusion about his sense of morality, it turns out he's just got a pre-programmed list like someone slapped the ten commandments in his head, without which he's just as batshit amoral as Lore.
