If it's not too late... "Nightcrawler" (2014). No relation to the X-Men character.
David Scudder
Tucker and Dale vs Evil!!

Ooo, Dark City is great
Stevtrek
Very excited to Josh watch Superman... hoping for the extended version, but any version will be fun.
Skipper Martin
Blow Out
Column Meanie
Wow.
Numinous2019
'Sleuth'....now that's a film I'm sure Josh and Alex would enjoy. Great nomination.
Echo Moon
When I joined several months ago the guys neglected to add my movie choice to the drawing for months and I got overlooked, so as an apology the guys offered me a second choice to go with my first. They are kind like that. :)
Hidden Ruu
I have a movie I would be interested in a reaction to. It’s called Nausicaa of the wind valley. It’s an anime sci-fi survival movie. I appreciated this for the lore building and emotional scenes. I won’t spoil the cast, but there’s definitely some surprises there. It is such a favorite classic movie for me that I watch it at least once a week.
Monty Crawford
I have a BIG list for that!
Monty Crawford
I think they would actually like Ice Station Zebra.
JD Nevesytrof
I mean, you promised horror!
Jonathan Llyr
Guys! Soooooo excited you’re going to watch SUPERMAN. I saw this film as a 12 year old the day it opened and I haven’t been the same since. I have it on every format that it’s ever been released in. I have it completely memorized from front to back and do a pretty mean Luthor/Hackman impression. I hope it plays just as magically for you as it did for me. In 1978 no one had ever seen anything like it. Enjoy!
Chtphr Rrr
I watched Superman II first, so I am biased and think that one is better. I remember seeing Superman II in a small packed three-cinema theater with a friend. We sat on the very front row. Watching that movie on the very front row was CRAZY as there were no such action movies like that for kids except something like Star Wars which completely improved special effects and action pacing. My friend met another friend who just happened to be there. The theater was so crowed that this kid could not find a seat, so he watched the entire movie sitting in the aisle on the floor next to us. That kid was probably about 8 years old so you can do stuff like that and enjoy that when you are that age. If Josh really really likes Superman, watch Superman II right after it as I think the movies or parts of the movies were filmed at the same time. For Superman II there is also Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut which was released in 2006 as "the film's original director, was fired from the film in March 1979 after 75 percent of it had already been filmed."
Paul Hess
Amadeus was so so close, you should watch it anyway!!!

Oh come on, it doesn't stand the test of time. Besides every Superman movie is meh at best, even the newer films.
Juan Tutrífor
First of all, how dare you.
Josh (Target Audience)
Genuinely horrific and I have no clue why or how to fix it
Matt Everkoul
Good point. All three versions are available on blu-ray now, with Warner discovering a 2k interpositive of the 3 hr 8 min TV version in their archive, but doubtful that version is available to stream anywhere.
MrDeadstu
Too bad, hope you like cheese.
KatWithAttitude
In case anyone wants to stream it, the 143 minute version is available on Max, and the 137 minute version is included with Amazon Prime.
Column Meanie
Watch the Theatrical Cut. It’s Donner’s preferred cut of the film.
Prof Moff
Just kind of have to be careful on what version people can get to watch. I do not know the answer to that, just a thought.
JD Nevesytrof
Gotta love that blazing 0.11 FPS stream
Matt Everkoul
I hope you go with the special edition. It’s only 8 minutes longer than the theatrical cut, is restored, and will include scenes Alex hasn’t seen before (assuming he saw the theatrical cut previously).
Matt Everkoul
Which version of Superman will you be watching? The 143 minute theatrical cut, the 151 minute special edition directors cut, or the 188 minute assembly/television cut?
Juan Tutrífor
Kinda running out. Maybe The Enemy Below? I think they'd actually like Down Periscope
Phil Ken Sebben
We all need to change to submarine movies
wildhunt1973
They watched it a few months ago. They despised that movie. LOL. Just wasn't their thing.
Phil Ken Sebben
Proper superhero movie! None of the modern capeshit the kids like
Juan Tutrífor
You know it landed on Das Boot, that's why there was a glitch 🤣
Juan Tutrífor
The Heaven's Gate aren't that bad, they still have a website. Bad people don't operate websites.
Michael Figueroa
Great choice.
The Ninth Doctor
Hunt for Red October 👍🏼
Collin Freeman
I think if Heaven's Gate (the film, not the cult) ever won, it might break the TA.
Ee'char
How did you manage to get TWO films into the draw?
Ron Hubbard Jr
The Hunt for Red October
NPC
I know my vote doesn't count, but I hope Dark City or Fallen wins. Both of them are very underrated imho.
Josh (Target Audience)
Updated! Good luck!

Juan Tutrífor
Honestly, that movie's so long, I think those krauts are still down there.
Juan Tutrífor
"With our brilliant German engineering, we'll win this war!" 24,000 hours later "Aw, fuck"
PIG
8 hours of good German engineering.
PIG
“Oh you’re so COOL, Brewster!”
Julie Carter
Well after the chat this week, I guess I need to nominate Sleuth (1972) I'll even bump up my membership to do so.
Prof Moff
If not too late I'd like to change from Conan, to Fright Night 1985. If it is too late then I want to change some porn movie
Shortskirtsandexplosions
(To clarify, my choice of Seven Samurai is from 1954, directed by Akira Kurosawa)
Juan Tutrífor
Boot Hard With a Vengeance. Live Free or Boot Hard. Each sequel is eight goddamn hours longer. 🤣
James Bottas
That's the sequel. Dos Boot: Boot Harder
Juan Tutrífor
Well, then, my vote counts for double. Dos Boot.
Blu Holbein
THE ADVENTURES OF BUCKAROO BANZAI: ACROSS THE EIGHTH DIMENSION
James Bottas
Did more than one person vote for that? Cuz I know the one guy who did isn't a patron any more. I'd remove it
Josh (Target Audience)
The movie lottery is a benefit for Target Demographic tier patrons
Echo Moon
Yay, can't wait to find out which one wins!! I hope it's a good one. :) Good luck to everyone who submitted a film. :)
