Yeah Marvel tv was a separate branch/company than the mcu guys who didn't really care what each other was doing until They tried to tie in Agent's of shield into the movie's and kinda messed it up so the decision was made to shut down the tv element and concentrate on what we now call the mcu. Disney revamping DD which you know about already gives me hope for the future. Anyway, great show and I really enjoyed watching it again with you guys

Also want to add, a season 3 would have gone so ridiculously hard. A Danny-Ward teamup in Asia while Colleen-Misty handle NYC. That sounds awesome and I'm so sad we didn't get it

This rewatch of Iron Fist made me realize how good it is and how harsh everyone is of it. People still think poorly of the show when they hear the name, and that's just sad because it really is good.

The second season was really good. As I've said before, it was very cool that Misty was in it. The fight scenes were even better than in the first season.

The biggest disappointment for me about the Disney takeover was the ending of this show. I believe they didn't know until this was filmed, so much potential for a S3. It was the only show that didn't get a proper ending (maybe Luke Cage too). Anyway, on to Daredevil, for me it's peak Marvel, the best thing they have done. The only thing that rivals it is Agents Of Shield IMO.
