Adriel, Belruk, and the others naturally accepted the news with enthusiasm, but they needed to discuss personnel arrangements in detail.
"After two years of development, half of the elite warriors who originally came to Red Mountain Planet have reached a combat power of over 10,000. Including the outstanding talents among the intermediate warriors, there are a total of 121 Saiyans on Red Mountain Planet with a combat power exceeding 10,000! There are also many whose power levels hover around 10,000!"
Speaking of the achievements of the Saiyans over the past two years, Adriel and the others were extremely excited.
These warriors, who had broken the 10,000 combat power barrier, were mostly members of the Red Mountain Planet Guard. Although they hadn't yet trained in the use of Ki, the gravity chambers on Red Mountain Planet had allowed them to make rapid progress.
Overall, Red Mountain Planet had become a gathering place for powerful individuals, a significant force in the universe. While their top-tier strength couldn't yet match that of Frieza, Cooler, or King Cold, their numbers and overall power made them a formidable presence. Often, even a small team could operate independently on missions.
Xavier was very satisfied with leading such a force. He nodded and said:
"As the Saiyan strength continues to grow, the distinction between lower-level and elite warriors has lost its meaning. From now on, let's classify Saiyans with combat power below 10,000 as regular warriors and those above 10,000 as elite warriors!"
Everyone agreed, nodding their heads. The distinction of lower-level warriors had indeed become meaningless. Thus, Red Mountain Planet now had 121 elite warriors.
"And what about those with a combat power above 100,000?" Alice asked, her beautiful eyes fixed on Xavier. Currently, only Xavier and Celine had surpassed the 100,000 combat power mark.
"Of course, they are Super Warriors!"
Xavier said, chest puffed out proudly. Naturally, this title only applied to him and Celine for now.
Smiling, Xavier then asked everyone, "How do you think the Saiyans should form teams to carry out missions?"
"Just like on Planet Vegeta," Belruk suggested after some thought. "The mission model has been refined over the years and doesn't need changing. However, we need to carefully evaluate the strength of the teams before assigning missions to avoid reckless allocation."
Liz nodded, adding, "The special forces members should also start gaining combat experience."
"When the special forces are still weak, we can have the guard members protect them in secret."
"If regular Saiyan children are assigned missions, they also need protection. However, the guard members should not interfere unless absolutely necessary."
Everyone shared their opinions, discussing the need to protect those children. Given the scarcity of Saiyan numbers, Xavier and the others couldn't afford significant losses.
Xavier listened quietly, nodding. "Alright, let's proceed with this plan. I'll have the Fidaians contact the Galactic Patrol to set up the mission management system as soon as possible."
Xavier concluded the meeting with a decisive tone, and everyone began to chat as usual. Xavier shared his experiences on Planet Yardrat and the events that transpired during his journey, leaving everyone in stunned disbelief.
Paradis slammed the table and exclaimed, "Xavier, you really surprised us! I thought your combat power was only 150,000, but you've silently broken through to 240,000!"
"But you were too reckless. Cooler is no joke. It was sheer luck that you escaped from him this time. You can't take such risks again!" Alice said, patting her chest with a worried expression.
Encountering Cooler and not immediately fleeing took a lot of guts on Xavier's part.
Belruk remained silent for a moment, then said, "While battles can indeed lead to breakthroughs, we must act within our limits. Life is precious and we only have one."
Seeing everyone’s concern, Xavier realized his recklessness and assured them, "Don’t worry, I won't take any risks unless I'm absolutely sure of success."
"By the way, didn't you say that every Saiyan carries sins on their shoulders? It looks like we should also find a chance to maintain peace in the galaxy." Belruk said with a self-deprecating smile. "Who would have thought that Saiyans would ever work to maintain universal peace?"
"This is for our own sake. I don't want to end up in hell after I die," Alice said with a helpless smile.
In the past, they were unaware of the afterlife and the importance of good and evil. Now that they knew, they naturally wanted to avoid suffering after death. However, clearing the sins they had committed under Frieza’s rule was no easy task.
…
Afterward, Xavier teleported to Mesan Star and found the Fidain settlement on a continent surrounded by oceans.
Silver-gray buildings rose from the ground, encircling a large plaza at the center of the city. A towering statue stood proudly, mirroring the architectural style of Planet Phydia.
"Lord Xavier!" Dokra quickly spotted Xavier and hurried over to greet him respectfully.
The Fidains had quickly integrated into Mesan Star, gradually restoring their national vitality, and were filled with reverence for Xavier, who had saved them.
Sensing Dokra’s sincerity, Xavier smiled and waved his hand. "No need for formalities, Dokra. I have a task for you."
Seeing Dokra listening attentively, he continued, "I've just reached an agreement with King Kai of the Galactic Patrol. From now on, the Saiyans will take on assignments from the Galactic Patrol, so I need you to construct a mission management system that connects to their headquarters."
"Leave it to me, my lord. Rest assured."
Hearing that Lord Xavier had made contact with the great King Kai, Dokra's eyes were filled with excitement, and he readily agreed.
If Xavier knew what Dokra was thinking, he would be speechless, as he couldn't quite associate King Kai’s image with the word "great."
"Then I'll leave it to you!" Xavier said with a smile.
Xavier had great confidence in the Fidains, following the principle of employing people without doubt or not using them at all. The Fidains on Mesan Star were managed by Dokra, while those on Red Mountain Planet were overseen by Elo. This trust from Xavier was evident, and it was precisely because of this trust that the Fidains carried out their tasks with utmost dedication, fearing to disappoint him.
The same day, the news about the Saiyans accepting employment from the Galactic Patrol spread among them. Although some details still needed to be discussed, the Saiyans in training stopped their exercises and eagerly shared the news with each other, full of excitement.
"We can finally go on missions again!" Saiyans who received the news were quick to share it with their friends and family.
They had been suppressed for too long, and the idea of finally being able to go out thrilled them immensely.
A few days later, the specific mission details were released. The Saiyans found that the tasks were similar to those on Planet Vegeta, with additional restrictions on task acceptance, which didn't bother them. They were even more enthusiastic and gathered in groups to celebrate.
Red Mountain Planet was buzzing with activity and excitement.
During this time, the leaders of Red Mountain Planet gathered all the members of the guard to announce the new warrior classification system. According to the new system, Saiyans would be divided into regular warriors, elite warriors, and super warriors.
Considering the future possibility of achieving the Super Saiyan level, a position for Super Saiyan was also reserved above super warriors, making a total of four levels.
The old ranking system based on aptitude was completely abolished and replaced by a combat power-based classification system. This was seen as progress, as Saiyans would continue to grow stronger in the future.
