GF - Reworked Career Offerings

This was originally part of the Job Finding mod, but I decided to take it out and make it standalone.
I was dealing with these with Unlisted Phone Numbers until now... the mod broke and I was forced to remember this shit existed in game... and I'm bloody sick of getting offered to work as a Painter on a very high level, when my sims never in their life tried to paint anything, do not have the painting skill, do not have competences... just because they have high reputation. So I added some tests, because this doesn't happen in real life, unless... you have a distinguished degree with honours. An exception is the Athletic one, they'll need level 10 of fitness to call. All the others require a distinguished degree with honours in their field.
Also, made the caller anonymous because I'm pissed off by Grace Anansi calling to offer my Sims a Job in her Secret Agency company when she doesn't even have a fecking job in my game.

I don't think this has anything to do with custom careers... this is a tweak to Get famous dramanodes that offer you a job.

I just had a question does this work with simsrealist private practice mod for the health science career .
Just wanted to say that I love your mods and how you write your descriptions. Reminds me of how I feel when I play the Sims 4 and run into some BS that makes no utter sense.
