No, NPCs are required to be assigned to jobs by active careers, I excluded them.

required degrees mod is unsupported and uses the same files. Required degree for promotions is compatible with basically everything.

the request of the diploma, you mean? nope, is more funny than that... the result is more or less random and it's meant for sims made in CAS who can't have a diploma.

can't be applied to custom careers automatically, but i"ll make a tutorial
