University - Holidays Fix

You should be able to take a day off without consequences now, but you need to do it manually... From my understanding, this is the fix Maxis applied. You can still use this mod, though... I should work also for teens

Hi Zero, This is not obsolete to me. My sim still have exams on xmas day and classes on other holidays and she autonomously vanishes( super annoying). It's not me sending her to class the game automatically sends her if I am playing with another sim from the house hold :/ Do you think it is related to the fact she is a teen? And EA's fix don't apply to her bc I am cheating skipping high-school? ( This is my guess considering I also don't get the ability to join university organizations when I play as teen) Would love if this mod would be functional for teens / uni / Holidays.

Still an issue. Winterfest is happening, but my simmies don't have the time to participate. With Soccer and final exams and homework to do. I just came looking for a similar mod. It is a shame that I can't have the day off soccer as well. Thankful for what I can get. I am glad I have found Zero's mods! I wonder if the organization events can be postponed as well in the future.

Thanks for this fix, works fine for the classes but unfortunately it doesn't apply to the sports teams (soccer and esports), could they be added to this mod?

Because the uni works like the scouts. So it doesn't really have days off, but the holiday function allows them to not be forced to go. On exam day you can still send them to class same way you do with the scouts, though skipping the exam doesn't matter much in my experience, my sim got an A+ just the same.

This fix isnt working for me. I'm not sure why. It's thanksgiving and it's final exams.

they don't support them, but own them. They could tomorrow decide to do what Bethesda did, take some big mod and put it for sale like a dlc, giving the modder like the 10% of the income.

I had no idea that EA owned mods yet don't they say that any mods we use is at our own discretion bcus the game isn't really made based around mods...? I'm confused.

Yeah... But in this case I'm not a "modder" but a very frustrated user who spent two day fixing mods Ash.

it's not a bug, and it's written inside that's included only until your official fix comes around. Thought you called the maxis lot for your mod but you didn''t, in any case I'll remove it.

try redownloading it... I uploaded the wrong file the first time (it was empty) and the second time....

hmmm maybe i missed something but , i'm testing the mod and it doesn't work for me ... the classes schedules are still here even with the box "day off" ticked , your mod and the LMS school holidays traditions :-(

Yeah cause I'm an idiot and uploaded the wrong one again. I noticed like 20 minutes after and fixed. Redownload it, I checked this time. Is correct.

The other way to fix this (without a mod) is to edit Holidays so you don't take time off school/work.
