If I also use your custom degrees and downloaded the Custom Degrees Tuning Costs More, will it conflict with the costs more option from this? Or do we need both because one affect the EA degrees and the other the Custom ones?

Depends on what you want, one is only the major, the other is only the electives. The last one is a fix you only need if you have problems

You might have a conflict since this overrides maxis tuning... Try a test with this mod alone in the folder

Zero, I'm wondering if the Main Classes mod might be out of whack. I've never had trouble with it before, but I recently used your whole new Majors sytem and redownloaded the whole thing. The majors are all working; the elective classes cost more; the scholarships are higher; but the main classes are still like normal EA costs. I noticed that the file seems to be missing an _ after the University_CostsMore in the Main Package file, but don't know if that would do it or not. Anyway, just FYI.

It's not a zip file. Just drop it into your mod folder.

No app is required. Just download it and put it into your mod folder, it's not zipped.

Just download the packages and put them into the mod folder and you're fine for this one. For other mods, if it's a .zip or .rar file then you need to unzip it and put the packages into your mod folders, if a ts4script is included too, then you have to put both the package and the script in the folder.

Not possible in any way. Do you have two sims attending two different uni in the same house? because teasing each other about that is maxis default behavior.

For some reason, this mod makes my sims very angry and easily irritable. If I don't monitor my sims interactions, they'll default to making each other mad.

So I'm having a really hard time paying loans back, because the game will tell me I missed the payment even if I just paid a couple hours prior. Sends the repoman, still. I'm wondering if this is related to the mod, because it almost seems like the game assumes that payments were missed just because the balance is large. Anyone else seeing this?

Hi Zero. I have your higher tuition mod installed. Right now my sim owes $40k in student loans which is super realistic! However, when going to make a loan payment, her minimum payment is like $2,500. If possible, would you consider creating a mod that lowers the minimum student loan payment? Thanks.

Im glad this mod is really customizable to your liking, you can even decide if you want electives to be more expensive or both or regular classes.

the main includes all the main classes and the electives one includes the optional classes, it's all bundled in, they're not zipped, just put the packages in the folder.

I went on to add a second zero at the end of each number and found out you missed Communications Class B! Thought you'd like to know. Love your mods!

Sort the files for instance, they should be in order one tuning file and one data file. Or sort them by name (they have the same name) to sort them, click on the tab above the files list.

I tried opening the mod in Sims4Studio, but it only had SimsData files. I don't know how to update the tuning files...

Someone posted a tool to easy change the price of a lot of them all together. If you're willing to wait a bit, I'll look into that tool and post a tutorial about it, so you'll not have to manually change 400 files.

you can modify values with sims4studio, there is no reason to make another version of mod

So they do... I wanted to know this actually for another mod... Do they count as much as normal classes? I'll look into this, but I think I'd rather increase the credits requirements for graduation maybe (I think I remember that some courses require to take a couple of optional classes for graduation in real life)

lol, I wrote a novella in your comments and by the time I was done, you managed to make a mod. This is beautiful. I feel pain just looking at this and I'm delighted that my sims will suffer as I did. Although, a small suggestion - is it possible to scale the scholarships with this? My sim got a $600 scholarship and she got a buff for getting a big scholarship and I found it hysterical, but also deeply confused and wondered if anyone at EA had ever *been* to college and if so, in what century.

If your doing uni mods could you make it so that the new smart glasses to more they are like a computer but you can only do some interactions it would be cool if you could use the whole computer thing on them? (if you don't know what I'm talking about max out the new computer science career)

I use the xml extractor... search for a hint, like I searched for the classes cost to find the tuning files for them. They are in the EP08\university_course_data folder
