I don't know what vortex is but these mods are tuned to use the xml injector
Can I use these mods with Vortex, or is it exclusive to XML INJECTOR? (I'm sorry if I can't explain myself well, my language is spanish and I don't handle the english very wel...)

There is already one around... I'm more for burning witches than slaying vampires (and I think witch hunting is something no one covered yet)
