I should make a post at least once a month, so here I am!
0.8 still in development, exciting stuff!
So the update is planned to release in ~late February/~early March, but if I need more time to polish stuff and make sure it's nice and hot for you guys, I'll take the time. I'll make a post 2 or 3 days before the release; I won't divulge any info before, so please stop asking me in DMs, haha.
In previous updates, I set myself a very hard deadline, and I had to cut a lot of stuff every time to make it. Which makes you guys at least have something to eat, but some elements are definitely rushed and not as nice as they could be, which seems like a bad trade to me. The best example is the private meeting event when I released them (0.6?); I absolutely wanted 5 stages for the event, but I didn't have enough time, so I rushed the 4th and 5th stages, and it definitely shows.
The main stuff I want to spend more time on is the animations during the events; this is the number one request I get for the game, and I kinda start to enjoy animating, which wasn't the case before. Although it's a crazy time sink, I think it's worth it in the end.

Thanks for the info! I’m glad the update will be released soon. Like I said, I’m really excited and hope it looks amazing. Take your time—better to spend a little more time on it so it turns out absolutely incredible. I can’t wait! The screenshots look very promising. I hope it comes out by the end of February – and that we can finally see some sex. Also, I hope the minigame is something completely different and offers a lot more possibilities for what you can do yourself, and that various events happen as well.

We totally understand you with that, we appreciate your hard work with the development and all your Content, for me im quite Hyped for the next update, but pushing stuff like you said won´t make you Happy and end up in an situation where stuff might not be as you would like as dev. For us as Player its better to wait untill you are happy with your work and the results in the game, since this will make us enjoy the game even more. Keep up this great work like the posts shows us each time, that you work pretty hard on it, since those Screenshots look so pretty and great. We will keep support you and your work. always remeber as long as your Happy with your work we will enjoy it, even if we need to wait an bit longer for that:
