I'd like to do a tongue lurch toward the back to show a swallow.
Maybe the mouth closes briefly?

Don't apologize! The perspective is really, really hot. And you're fantastic at drawing it! I would honestly love to see the tongue lurch and the jaws close, but that's just me!
