I'll have to throw in the towel here since I underestimated how much time animation can take X__X Still happy and might mess around with it in the future.
Sadly I couldn't find a quick way to insert a "camera shake" effect on my frame of choice since AfterEffects wiggles are on either a timer, or shake the whole animation...
I'm sure as I learn more, I'll find alternative ways to get the effects I want.
