PLEASE READ! ⚠️Important announcement for Superstar Patrons⚠️
🕑 Added 2023-01-17 13:06:33 +0000 UTCDue to an ongoing cyber attack issue with Royal Mail I am currently unable to buy any international labels, and no international mail is currently being dispatched overseas, therefore I am not able to send your patreon packages at the moment. This started earlier last week and is still ongoing, which is super distressing (I thought it would be solved within a few hours lol). It’s a very bizarre situation and while I hope it will be solved asap, I’m just letting you know there will be a delay in receiving your prints for December that I was supposed to dispatch last week.
Because 90% of Superstar patrons are international, I will be holding off sending the UK envelopes too, as to not cause confusion on my end and make it unfair to the international patrons.
If this doesn’t get solved quickly I might consider pausing Patreon for February so you guys won’t be charged again. Don’t worry though, I keep track of all rewards due for each month in spreadsheets, so you will eventually receive your rewards for every month you were charged.
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience! I know all of you are looking forward to these prints every month and I’m really grateful, but this is out of my control and it’s really scary also in the context of my online shop moving forward. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have more information.
