Trading Influence Teaser

In the meantime, to show you all that I really am working on the exclusive extended cut of Trading Influence, here's a teaser of some of what I've gotten done so far.

One day while eating brunch with her friend Breanne, Addison brought up the idea while instagramming her chicken and waffles.
“So you would like eat this chicken and waffles…. But on camera?” asked Breanne with a true look of confusion on her face.
“Yeah. That’s basically the whole deal, chicken and waffles, burgers whatever. People love to watch people eat junk food for some reason, and they love to watch hotties like me do it even more.”
“People like hotties like us doing anything.”
“Exactly, so this is gold. I’ll still have more old audience and grow a whole knew one, and by the end of this I’ll be making more money than ever. It’s a sweet deal, literally when I do videos like like cake and ice cream and junk.”
“So you’re going to get fat,” sneered Breanne as her face recoiled in revulsion.
“I’m going to let my diet go a little bit.”
“You’re going to get fat.”
“I’m not going to get fat,” replied Addison as she shoved a big bite of chicken and waffles into her mouth defiantly.
“Yes you are. You’re going eat like a pig for money and turn yourself into a fatty.”
“With my metabolism that’s impossible. I can eat what I want and never gain weight.”
Breanne shook her head.
“You’re not going to eat what you want. You’re going to PURPOSEFULLY STUFF YOURSELF. That’s a recipe for a big fat disaster.”
Addision slammed her hands on the table hard enough to make everything shake.
“Look! I’m not going to get fat. Fat people are lazy and disgusting. Just because I’m going to be eating more doesn’t mean I’m going to stop working out less like I’m a lazy fatso. I’m not going to gorge myself and become a jumbo couch potato. Okay? I’m just going to be rich. So shut the hell up and let’s get another round of mimosas, you basic bitch.”
“Okay. But don’t come blubbery to me when you’re a great big blubbery mess.”
Addison just glared at Breanna as she took another big bite of her chicken and waffles and flagged down the waitress for more refill of their bottomless mimosas.
She was very sure of her plan. Addison was always sure of everything she did, and there was no way Breanne was ever going to talk her out of things no matter how mean spirited she was being about it. Addison had the plan. All she needed was the partner.
And that brought her to Juniper, or Jumbo Juni as she was often referred to. Juni was a professional eater, a mukbang influencer. She ate food with a flourish. Sometimes she would eat foods enthusiastically and review things. Sometimes she would do videos where she tried every kind of something. And a lot of times she had videos where all she did was eat as much as she could. Addison had a true distaste for Juni and everything that she did, but she had to admit that this was a perfect opportunity.
Since Addison had also had such a strict focus on diet and exercise, she thought just straight up letting go of her own diet and stuffing her face for the amusement of others would be as opposite as she could possibly think. Addison has gotten plenty of feedback that she came off as vain and cold and too prim and proper to be fun, so this would show people that she could cut loose. Addison had even been accused of fat shaming multiple times in the past.
In fact, Jumbo Juni had been a victim of Addision’s cyber bullying in the past.
“Just look at this #COW Stuffing her fat face. #FATTY #DISGUSTING.”
“People like Jumbo Juni are pathetic, greedy #HOGS and should be ashamed of themselves.”
“The fact that Jumbo Juni, an absolute #OBESE # SLOB has a platform where she gets to influence others with her gluttony is #DISGUSTING. She’s a #HAMBEAST and nobody should be striving to be a lazy #FATSO like her.”
These were just a few of the diatribes that Addision liked to go on, often stoked by her followers and a few nips of tequila.
And, while it was true that Addison had a deep prejudice against fat people whom she did enjoy making fun of, she needed to keep her public persona cleaned up, and this would likely help with that. She was confident that her regularly fat shaming crew would stick around to still admire her own slamming body, and she could pick up a lot of the body positivity crowd. They were real cash cows! And pathetic fatties love a redemption story. Addison would give that to them. She could find a way to be nice in public and keep her judgments to herself.
Addison did briefly have the thought that doing this might end up making her put on a few pounds, but she figured it wouldn’t be anything truly noticeable, and she’d be able to easily work off a few pounds when she was done. It wasn’t like she was going to turn into a complete tub of blubber like Jumbo Juni. She’d never let herself become that much of a pig.
Of course, if Addision had looked more carefully into just how thin Juniper had been before she started mukbanging, she might have reconsidered the whole experiment. Instead, Addison remained blissfully unaware of the true consequences that awaited her.
Addison would soon be waddling down a road from which there would be no return as she took a swerve into life in the fat lane.
But Addision was blissfully unaware of what was in store for her as she met up with Jumbo Juni for the first time.
“Wow, you really are jumbo, Jumbo.”
“And you really are a skinny bitch. Remind me why I agreed to do this again?”
“Because I’m the hottie whose going to get your fatass in shape and you’re going to end this whole thing with way more money and followers than you’ve ever dreamed of.”
“Right,” Juni said with a nod and an eyeroll.
She knew the truth. She didn’t really care about losing weight. What she was looking forward to was getting Addison to stuff herself silly making mukbang videos and blowing herself up like a balloon like she had. Juni knew that there was no way that Addison's waistline was going to escape this unscathed, and she was happy to take her revenge for all of the fat shaming Addison had done to her, turn her into the kind of girl Addison would have labeled a cow and give her a taste of her own big fat medicine.
