October 2022 General Poll: Halloween Costumes [Part 1]

A two-parter Halloween special! I want to draw my OCs more, so for this one I'll have an OC dressing up as someone else for Halloween (such as Krystal, Loona, Rouge the Bat, Jessica Rabbit, Ryuko Matoi, Yoko Littner, etc). This first poll will decide the OC, the next poll will decide who they dress up as. The outfit selections in the follow-up poll will be adapted to whoever wins this one.
For this poll that decides who gets to play dress-up, I figured I'd pit a couple of OCs I draw most frequently against a couple of OCs I rarely ever draw. Picking between tried-and-true and something different!
