April 2022 General Poll: Art Memes [Part 1]

I was discussing poll ideas in voice chat this past week, where we brainstormed 4 recent-ish art memes that I would be interested in drawing. For the poll image, I included the original meme* and an artist's interpretation of the meme**. The characters shown are just examples and not who I would be drawing in my rendition. This poll will be a two-parter: once a winner is decided, then I'll think of 4 characters (OCs or otherwise) that I think could fit the meme well, and then conduct a second poll to decide the winner.
*Choice A's format has a one-two punch that I couldn't really fit into the panel, and I don't want to include RL imagery on my Patreon. The format was established after the original tweet was paired with a RL photo of a smirking, busty gal wearing only a Starbucks apron.
*Example art credits: A was drawn by Buttsteak, B was drawn by lyorenth-the-dragon, C was drawn by Bigdad, and D was drawn by Dash Ravo.
