About the Pluton, there's currently 1 that is residing somewhere in the world. And the location of that 1 Pluton is stated in the poneglyph at Alabasta. We don't know the location, though, because Robin doesn't wanna reveal it. The blueprint of the Pluton, on the other was created because if that 1 original existing Pluton fell into the wrong hands, they could make another Pluton or multiple Plutons using the blueprint to counter that original Pluton, so yeah basically it's the same weapon vs another same weapon.
