Dear Patrons,
Here's a tutorial featuring the brand-new Tyranids box, showcasing three different color scheme approaches using the fluorescent underpainting technique.
I’ve also made a YouTube video where you can see the minis in action 😉
happy experimenting!

Hi mate, just wondering if you've had a chance to review my comment yet? Thanks

I love the green and magenta models, I'm debating between doing both version for my team, but not 100% sure yet, I feel the green would work brilliantly with the model you have chosen and the Felltalon, so I might do the other 3 as the Magenta. I don't airbursh, I only use brushes, would these fluor ink's still work with a brush? Thanks

Sure buddy ;) yeah green seems to be very thin

I like how the 4 fluor for the green was tempted to just keep it very bright on them. Just waiting for the gray color to start using the sponges. And thanks for the reply's.

Great question blue is the "hardest" fluor colour, I haven't come across ANY brand with a super vibrant blue. The best inks are Amsterdam acrylics, best bet is to use theirs :)

Inks don't take forever to dry maybe 30minutes

Do you have a recommendation for a Blue fluor ink and its secondary color. I looking to have the HQ's or Synapse bugs with glowing blue. While other bugs have the lava and green style you done. I really love the style and hope i can do it justice.

With the inks you use how long to dry before doing the next coat..
