Addendum: 2019 in Review
🕑 Added 2020-01-04 23:52:53 +0000 UTCI need to talk about my channel and the way I've been producing content up until this point.
I would say thank you for the all the support on the new video or the numerous messages and support I've received through PM's and DM's and SM's but this isn't really about that.
It's about me, and being honest with my arrogance.
For 3 years, I have attempted to transition into YouTube as a full time job.
Since day one I've been bumming it from house to house and recently I was in the middle of another move when I crashed hard. A huge meltdown.
YouTube has not been a healthy obsession for me and the cost of my own ambition has reflected itself on my interpersonal relationships as well as my work ethic. So all this attention right now is bittersweet for me and the triumph of my, "return", short-lived.
I have to announce that I'm going on hiatus to focus on moving officially into my own place, but more importantly - and I say this with no amount of satisfaction - that I have to drop the all the projects I've been working on up until now.
Despite all the work I've put into them, the immense pressure of completing them is too much for where I'm at right now and the ideas presented in them, dated. If you enjoy my work or have enjoyed it, I hope it can continue to hold you over until I get a grip of what it is I want to do with my content not only as a passion but as a business. It's important to me that I start over and organize myself and my goals far more carefully than I have been up to this point.
That said, here's to 2020, I'll be in touch.
