I think pure bloods are people born as werewolves to parents who are werewolves. This might be Violet from 1916. The cursed are people who are bitten like Emily.

Perhaps I've missed some lore. There are "pure bloods" and "the cursed" I can guess the difference but perhaps someone can clarify?
