A 2024 Patreon Year in Review and what this means for the future!

You all have helped me turn something that was a little guilty please into something much more! In this post I’d like to give you the results, feedback, and potential changes or new things that’ll come due to your feedback on over 100+ survey entries. I understand some of you or even a lot of you may not want to read this. But I’ll try my best to make this as brief as possible!
Section 1: The Animations and what’s next for 2025!
I’ve heard you all when it comes to the animations, I have a pretty big mix of softcore and hardcore fans that like various different things and prefer various things. My goal for 2025 is to keep the hardcore and wholesome stuff as even of a 50/50 split as possible. Obviously I’m more of a hardcore guy, but the wholesome stuff tests my storytelling skills that a lot of you came to love. So do not worry, nothing is changing there, I got plenty of stories to tell on both sides of the spectrum.
Section 2: Remakes, continuations, and reuse of characters.
I got a lot of feedback of wanting more of old characters and stories that only received one animation spotlight and I completely understand. I even got more of them asking for other OCs to mingle and be apart of other stories rather than leaving them for dead. I am open for doing that, but as someone who likes a good story, I gotta make it make sense first. What I am thinking about doing is perhaps doing mini stories with old characters every once in a while. But obviously doing stuff like that will be changing how I do things month to month and that’ll be a pain. We are quite adjusted to the “1 full animation” every other month system and I probably want to keep it that way. For now at the bare minimum, I’ll do appearances from other characters when it makes sense, but don’t hold your breathe for a continuation of anything unless I myself really want to see it or you all ask for it like the Ryouji storyline.
Section 3: What I can do better
I love the fact a lot of you think I’m perfect. But even I understand there are places I can improve. In 2025 I’ll make a better effort to, make scenes longer/give more angles on loops, limit clipping, adding mouth movements to characters in still scenes (debating that one, more of a style thing), and trying to add flair to conversation scenes somehow. It’s my second year doing this and some of you mentioned the improvement I am making. But just know, I am always looking to improve for your enjoyment and my fulfillment!
Section 4: The future of VAs on this page
So some of you may know, I use stock and paid assets for my animations from many talented women online alongside my online friend who voices the male(s) that I pay. I’ve been thinking about integrating actual paid VA work into my works to make scenes much better. But the reality of it all that there is 2 problems. 1. Money, and my lack of it. As some of you know, I have a IRL job and do not do this full time so the money used from the works are used to pay my editor, keep myself running in my IRL life, and buying assets for the videos to provide variety (more packs and other things). And as I’ve been searching for VA, I’ve realized I would go broke paying for them. But that’s mainly because of how LONG the scenes are all together. So my best bet for using their services would only be for short animations. But if that’s the case, I’d rather as well just use the assets I paid for instead. Most of you voted to continue using them anyways. But I had to atleast give you a reason and update on that. 2. The wait, I know you all want the content as fast as possible. Hiring VAs would only make the wait longer and change the schedule of how we do things. So yeah, that has to be considered anyways. Thankfully the assets I use are good enough in your eyes and if I were to make you wait longer than you already do, I’d have to justify it with a huge quality improvement. So VAs won’t be hired at the moment until I can justify it.
Section 5: Short stories
Just going to keep it short, you all much more prefer the original ideas and OCs I make compared to anime related content. Some of you even argue to get rid of the FCC to do short stories of the OCs instead to expand on that. So you know what, I will try that out. The next time it comes around I’ll do a vote and see what short story (10-15 mins) you’d prefer, and if I like the turnout after a few of them, then we can make that a permanent thing. So then the only anime content that comes from this will be stuff commissioned by you. I think it’s a solid idea.
Section 6: Patreon Benefits
I made sure to ask and see if you all felt valid in your support and out of all of the answers, it was a resounding yes. At one point I didn’t know what to price things. But I’m glad I provide enough quality to validate your purchase and continuous support. When it comes to changes, I don’t see myself doing much more unless something comes up. If you want the videos only, then it’s the 5 dollars, if you want WIPs and voting privilege, then it’s 7.50. And if you just want to support me more and can spare it, the 10 or 20 is your tier and I HEAVILY appreciate that like no other. Your feedback is always appreciated!
Section 7: Q&A
I’ll try and be as quick about these as possible. Some are a variation of the same question. And you get to know me a little better!
Q:What is the inspiration of my OCs?
A:It’s a mix of overthinking designs from a combination of different tropes and what I’d like them to look like making a base model, and from there, adding unique features to them as I go. Just like any other designer I guess? You can tell what they are about just by looking at them. Cliche yes, effective also yes. If I could draw I’d be better at doing that lol.
Q:When will I ever make this a full time endeavor?
A: I don’t know to be honest. Having a real job helps a lot to save face considering what I do. If I suddenly stop working for this that would be a lot of explaining to do. Plus I’d have to make atleast more than I do at my current job first. Which I am not anywhere near yet. I’d argue we’re about halfway! Which is promising!
Q: Are the contents of my video similar to what I like in my hentai and irl.
A: Very much yes. But to throw a curve ball, I don’t like femdom irl, I like it in my hentai though. I am a hardcore dominant type irl. So you can imagine the dialogue from the femdom is very much from my head.
Q: What got you into the Futa stuff?
A: To keep it simple, I find it hot. Add domination to it, it’s hotter. Add other categories to it, it’s even BETTER! I can kind of get behind most genres if it was domination behind it. But the Futa stuff has alot of variety I like. I mainly revolve around Futa x Male since I guess the implications around it are a lot stronger domination wise than just regular stuff. Plus again, woman, hot, what else can I say!
Q: Where do I get my ideas from
A: Simple, it’s all in my head. Ofcourse some things I’ve seen give me inspiration but overall the ideas are absolutely original and just come at a whim at times.
Q: What was my favorite animation to work on and my favorite OC?
A: Sora Succubus Problem, the Babysitter one is a close second. My favorite OC will always be Tobi and Ryouji. Female wise, Shiori and the Twins.
Q:Am I a male or female
A: Male. Is it weird for me to make what I make despite being that. Meh, it’s smut, like what you like. Just try not to be weird about it.
Q: Would I ever make a game?
A: I would if I knew someone who could do all that stuff. I know NOTHING about that world. I’m just a guy with a lot of ideas and the ability to animate them.
Q: Do I enjoy what I do
A: Wouldn’t do it if I didn’t. I do it for the love of the game! I know some people do it because they want to be in the industry. I’m the opposite, this is strictly for my and my supporters pleasure. And that’s what makes this page great!
Q: How critical are you about your own work
A: Too critical, not critical enough. It doesn’t help when I get comments when someone points something out I missed. I am very much a perfectionist to a fault. But I am becoming better at not being one. Just know every animation is my best effort possible. I wouldn’t watch my own stuff if I couldn’t enjoy myself watching it.
Q: Was the storytelling stuff intentional?
A: Very much so, I love making stories, always have. I just ended up being liking erotic stories through many years of reading doujins. Some people are really good at that mix of smut and story and I strive to do the same!
Q: How much time goes into these projects
A: First of all, thankfully I work from home. But when I work from home I can usually do both at the same time. Let’s say 8-10 hours daily. Yes it’s a lot, but as you can see it turns into great things. I do take off Sundays and holidays though. I love what I do so I don’t mind the time sink.

That's why I pay someone to do the sfx stuff for me so I CAN get a break lol. *Ahhh a man of culture, yeah it's that simple man. Damn, reading your ick for perfection but trying to leave it behind and the amount of time you’re spending on animating everyday is insane, do you even still have free time? Take some time if you need. I also like the fact that the reason you like futa stuff is just, heh woman hot, woman with dick hotter, dominant woman with dick! The HOTTEST, i feel the same brother. The VA situation for me is unimportant because i mainly watch without sound, but I have the feeling the subtitles sometimes lack a bit of proper grammar, despite English being my second language. Yeah I am that kind of guy. Hardcore and wholesome are kind of, not important, i saw futa x male or female, i like, i do the thing, I’m done. The merch… I would like a lock at it, but I don’t know if I could use the stickers or maybe even wear preordered hoodies or whatever comes to your mind. I guess it's just my messed up brain that would classify those as wholesome because the MC gets a good ending. Whereas the MHA one is more of a bad ending because the MC doesn't want it.

Thank you! And it's simple, it's mainly the "themes" behind the video that makes it wholesome or not. Sora and "I want to be owned" was NOT wholesome. My wholesome stuff is the Tobi eps and the Ryouji animations since there isn't anything malicious in there. But like I promised, I'll try to maintain a 50/50 split of that for 2025.

I really appreciate you doing this and going through the responses. It's great to see your thoughts on some of the different topics. Excited to see what happens in the next year! I was someone who voted yes to the VA situation and it's one of those things that could be done to make things even better but obviously only if enough money is there to use. I'm curious, what you find to be the separations for wholesome and hardcore? Like "I want to be owned" could be both, and similarly "Sora's succubus problem" could be too.

Oh btw, I was asked about merch. Do you all want merch? The person in question asked about stickers. I know nothing about it. But if you like the OCs that much then I can perhaps look into making some chibi art and turning it into stickers or something like that. I didn't even know people did that.
