Cancelling the Kickstarter next week. :C
🕑 Added 2022-08-24 16:41:35 +0000 UTCHey there! First off all I want to say thanks to everyone who backs here and backed the Kickstarter. It was so awesome to see all the support it got.
That being said, it’s not looking good. I’ve done some reading as well as talked to others who’ve done campaigns, and I think it’s over. As far as I can tell campaigns need to be funded by the first week or there’s a pretty good chance it’ll fail. At the % rate it’s headed, it won’t make it. I'll give it a bit longer, but it will likely go unfunded. Good news is nothing is changing, not really. The extra boost of income would have been very helpful, but the game still can be and will be developed.
There were some extra routes I promised for Stretchgoals some of you were interested, and they aren't going to go away. I will figure out a way to work them in someway, somehow...
I’m also going to take rewards and rework them into Patreon rewards.
For those who want a 'Dream Sequence' in Business of Loving there is the CEO tier that is open. I've just added more slots and will be able to work them into next update if you want it now.
I’ll have more details on the Lorraine figure soon, as I'm still sorting out how I'm going to produce them.

I really hope that this doesn't deter you. Maybe you could also start smaller? A graphic novel, perhaps? Don't get me wrong; I want that game, when it drops. And I'm guessing there are a lot of people who might not want that physical copy, lying around... But it could still go part way to funding the game and people will feel like they have some bang for their buck in the mean time!
